一种新的静态电压稳定性评估指标

摘 要:现有的电压稳定性指标多基于最小特征值距离复平面虚轴的远近来表征系统的电压稳定裕度,鲜有研究分析各模式之间的电压稳定差异特性,尤其是对系统电压失稳具有决定性影响的弱模式。根据已有文献所提出的电压稳定性指标,对其进行数学上的等值改造,重构出2个电压稳定性指标。在此基础上,着重研究系统的弱模式特性,提出两类新的电压稳定性指标,包括弱模式电压稳定裕度指标与弱模式电压稳定差异指标,分别从弱模式下稳定程度的平均状况与弱模式之间的稳定差异程度这2个方面对系统的电压稳定状况进行全面地评估。最后基于IEEE 10机39节点标准系统进行仿真计算,仿真结果验证了该文所提两类电压稳定性指标的有效性与优越性。

Abstract:The conventional voltage stability index characterizes the voltage stability margin of the system based on the distance of the minimum eigenvalue from the imaginary axis of the complex plane .The characteristics of voltage sta -bility differences between modes are rarely studied and analyzed ,especially weak modes that have a decisive influence on system voltage instability .Firstly ,based on the voltage stability index proposed in the existing literature ,two voltage stability indices are reconstructed via mathematical equivalent transformation .On this basis ,the paper focuses on the characteristics of the weak mode of the system ,and proposes two new types of voltage stability indicators in -cluding voltage stability margin index and voltage stability difference index according to the concepts of mathematical statistics .Then ,the voltage stability of the system is comprehensively evaluated from the two aspects of the average degree of stability in the weak mode and the degree of stability difference between the weak modes .Finally ,an IEEE 10-machine 39-node standard system is simulated to verify the validity and superiority of the proposed indices .
