龙源期刊网 https://www.doczj.com/doc/c610875709.html, 外贸从业人员英语需求调查及应对策略 作者：侯文蕾 来源：《卷宗》2016年第02期 近年来受国际经济形势持续低迷的影响，我国对外贸易受到了较大的冲击，外贸艰难，企业困难是显而易见的事情，同时西方国家针对贸易摩擦所采取的新举措，也对我国外贸提出了新的挑战。然而在今后五年中，我国将有超过30万家企业具有外贸进出口资质，新增外贸人才需求将近200万个。面对这样的国内外形势，如何保证外贸企业持续稳定发展，如何为外贸企业输送数量充足、质量合格、能够适应新形势下国际贸易发展特点，掌握一定英语知识和技能的外贸人才，成为外贸职业学院面临的重要课题。要对外贸人才进行结构调整，适应市场和经济发展的需要，就要了解外贸企业对从业人员英语水平和技能的需求。 该需求是指外贸英语人才在从事外贸业务工作过程中需要的实践能力，包括英语听说能力、英语阅读能力、英语写作能力、英语口笔译能力、外贸基础知识和操作能力、用英语进行商务沟通与磋商能力等，这些能力是外贸岗位对英语基础知识、英语语言基本技能、外贸基础知识和外贸业务操作能力等专业基本素质的需要。通过走访并对外贸企业负责人及员工进行问卷调查显示，外贸企业对英语听说能力、英语阅读能力、外贸业务操作能力、商务英语沟通能力要求比较高，分别占首选比例的36.4%、31.3%、19.6%、32.5 %。在对外贸企业员工所做的工作中亟待提高技能的调查结果显示，有68.4%的员工认为英语听说能力需要提高，有20.1%的认为英语阅读能力有待改善，另有8.2%认为外贸基础理论需要增强。通过对企业负责人和员工的调查综合对比表明，必须加强英语语言知识和能力的培养。 根据上述调查结果，课题组结合我院实际情况，确立了基本教学目标即在高职教育的层次上，外贸英语专业的人才培养重心应该放在实际操作能力上。将高职外贸英语专业人才培养目标可以分为知识、技能和能力三个层次，其中知识是基础，强调其具有外贸业务交流的针对性；技能是发展，强调其具有外贸工作流程的应用性；能力是目标，强调其具有外贸岗位工作的职业特殊性。在三个目标层次中，知识层嫁接普通英语的语音、词汇和语法的知识结构，结构稳定后，以外贸业务交流为导向，为听、说、读、写、译的技能训练做好知识储备。技能层承接知识层中外贸英语的语言知识结构，按照外贸工作流程中各个环节的实际需要，结合外贸专业理论知识的注入，安排听、说、读、写、译的技能训练顺序、组合和内容，为职业能力的合成做好分项技能建构。能力层以外贸职业活动检验技能层中各项技能的可操作性，整合出符合外贸职业活动规律的基本职业能力以及提升外贸职业活动层次的综合职业能力。教学过程分为①知识储备、②项目化学习、③工作流程全体验三个阶段：①在第一学年首先指导学生以标准英语语音资料为媒介学习英语语音基础知识，以外贸英语通识语篇为载体逐步实现普通英语词汇向专业英语词汇的过渡与扩展，以及常规英语语法结构向特定英语语法结构的延伸与固化；然后引导学生进入外贸业务交流情境，组织学生组建学习组对企业提供的进出口前预备、贸易商谈、实施合同和交易善后四个主题下的录音、文案、单证等语言输出资料，在自行分析之后对存在疑问和争议的内容进行小组协商和讨论，在此基础上，以报告、讲解、演示等语言输出形式呈现对所学主题内容较为全面、正确的理解，实现对所学语言知识的意义建构，最
