畅迪脱敏治疗支气管哮喘48例临床分析

【摘要】目的探讨畅迪在支气管哮喘患者中脱敏治疗临床效果。方法对我院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的96例诊断为支气管哮喘的患儿进行临床分析。患儿年龄为4～14岁，平均年龄8.8岁。其中男童51例，女童45例。按其入诊顺序，随机分成两组，即畅迪治疗组和对照组。两组患儿年龄、性别无统计学意义。观察两组患儿治疗的支气管哮喘疗效、依从性。结果疗程2年，畅迪治疗组依从率(64.5%)高于对照组(54.2%)，P＜0.05。对照组临床疗效为（69.2%），显著低于畅迪治疗组（93.5%），P＜0.05。结论畅迪作为一种脱敏药物，以舌下含服为给药方式，患者治疗依从性好，安全有效，简单便捷，可以有效地控制支气管哮喘病情，值得临床推广。%Objective: To analyze the Clinical effect of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 96 Pediatric patients with bronchial asthma through computer random manner which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in observation group were treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops.
