垂体腺瘤质地及其相关因素分析

【摘要】【摘要】目的：研究垂体瘤质地相关性因素。方法：回顾性总结2012年1月-2014年1月笔者所在科室收治的90例垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料，分析肿瘤质地与患者的性别、肿瘤大小和生长方式、MRI信号值、肿瘤类型及术后残留的关系。结果：入选的90例患者中，肿瘤质地与T2WI信号、垂体腺瘤类型、腺瘤残留发生率均有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)，而与患者的性别、肿瘤大小和生长方式无相关性(P>0.05)。结论：肿瘤硬度与非功能腺瘤、术后残留发生率、T2WI低信号呈正相关；与T1WI信号及增强信号无相关性。
