【全国大学生英语竞赛】大学生英语竞赛活动策划文案【--大学生入党申请书】
一、本次竞赛由教务处、外国语学院、团委、学生会主办，各学院学生分会协办。
二、此次竞赛分为赛前准备、赛中运作、赛后总结三个阶段，每个阶段由竞赛组委会协调开展工作，采用负责人制。
三、本次竞赛的试卷由外国语学院大学英语教研室提供，并负责保密及组织主观题阅卷。
四、本次竞赛采用每考场两人监考制，设主考一名，且每一考区设两名巡考。
五、本次竞赛日常事务由秘书处统筹安排，各个相应小组负责处理。
六、对本次活动中违规违纪，造成负面影响的工作人员，竞赛组委会有权给予处分。
七、考场安排采用分组后随机抽号制度，即将参赛者按院、年
级分成若干组，并从各组随机抽取若干名同学编号组成一个考场。
八、对舞弊的考生视情节轻重由竞赛组委会给予相应的处分，
并通知各学院团总支、学生分会、竞赛组委会。
九、凡具有我校学籍的大一新生均可报名参加。
十、竞赛组委会享有对本次活动的解释权。
一、阅卷方案
1.请外国语学院大学外语教研室老师负责批改试卷主观题部分。
2.客观题由学生会组织相关人员进行批改。
3.具体阅卷工作要求：
(1)阅卷人员不得擅自拆开密封纸和密封线。
(2)阅卷人员集中阅卷，流水作业，操作流程如下：
阅卷人员——复查人员——下一题阅卷人员——复查人员——……——统分人员——复查人员——确定分数——抽查
二、统分方案
1.阅卷工作完成后，方可誊抄主观题分数，并算出总分，以总
分多少进行排序。
2.对不同的题型，做全体考生得分率的统计工作，并上报教务处、团委及大学外语教研室等有关部门，为以后的教学工作提供参考依据。
评选及颁奖方案
一、竞赛奖项设置情况：本次比赛设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖若干。除为获奖者颁发荣誉证书外，还给予一定的物质奖励。本次比赛还设立三名优秀组织奖，对组织工作突出，有较高报考率、出考率、获奖率的院学生分会进行表彰和奖励。所有获奖者及个人的__将在校园网、《安农青年》报、广播台、海报宣传栏上予以公布。
二、竞赛组委会将根据报考率(占总分的50%)、出考率(占总分的30%)、获奖率(占总分的20%)评出两名优秀组织奖。
报考率：学院报名人数占学院总人数的百分比
出考率：学院参加考试的人数占学院报名总人数的百分比
获奖率：学院获奖人数占获奖总人数的百分比。
一、试卷准备
(1)按学院、年级专业登记报名人数，为印刷相应数量的试卷做准备。
(2)请教务处帮助联系外国语学院大学外语教研组的老师出试卷，考前半周左右打印、印刷、装订。上述工作将在教务处监督下，由学生会负责人经手，以确保试卷的保密性。试卷答案由学生会负责人封存，试卷由学生会学习部保管。

试卷装订：主席团及各部门负责人。
二、准考证的制作与发放
准考证编号8位，依次位学院代号、考场号、座位号。例如 01 01 0001
准考证正面印有准考证号、考生姓名、考生年级学院、考试地点及考试时间，并加盖学生会的印章，反面印有考生须知。
准考证将根据各学院上报的报名人员 __发放给各学院，并要求提前四天发至各考生处。对有漏办、错办、丢失准考证的同学由学院对其进行汇总并上报学生会，学生会将及时给予补办。(注：错办准考证的情况报送学生会以错换新;丢失准考证的情况请各学生分会提出证明，学生会登记处理)。

三、考场安排
考试前一星期安排专人与教务处联系考场，宿管科签字盖章后
通知水电中心。考场安排得较为集中，根据教室大小，安排各个考场的考生人数。
负责部门：学习部和女生部
一、学生会学习部开会讨论监考人员的调动和安排问题。
(1)人员的调动：充分调动学生会及各学院学生分会的人力资源。
(2)招选的原则：工作能力强、积极性高、责任心强，有一定工作经验的学生干部。
(3)监考人员的设置：根据考场的大小分别安排3或2名监考人员。设其中一名是主考，全权负责监考事务。
二、赛前召开动员会，公布各考场监考人员，宣读监考人员的
职责，
强调监考的纪律性和严肃性，交流监考方法和经验，发放监考证、巡考证。
三、监考人员在考试当天，原则上不准请假，确实有特殊情况，应在考试前一天向学生会说明情况，以便做出及时调整。
四、监考人员在考试前40分钟到试卷领取处领取试卷，考生须知及出勤表。开考前15分钟，主考应宣读考生须知，并让学生填好出勤表。试卷提前5分钟下发，以哨声为号，考生开始答题。
五、考试过程中，应认真严肃监考，维持考场秩序，及时解决考生提出的合理问题，对无法解决的问题应立即向考务工作室反映。
六、负责巡考的人员应随机的对各个考场进行必要的巡查，严肃考风考纪，对巡考中发现的问题应追究责任人，及时向组织汇报，予以处理。
七、开考30分钟后，有考生提前交卷的，监考人员负责将试卷反扣压在桌面上，缺席者要做相应记录。
八、考试结束信号发出后，要求考生立即停止答卷并组织有秩序退出考场，按顺序收回全部试卷，核对无误后，交至试卷领取处，统一装订密封。
此次竞赛的宣传、报名重在全面向广大同学提供信息，力求通过多种渠道方便同学们报名参赛，我们将着重抓好以下几个方面：
一、通过各学院学生分会学习部部长会议，寻求各学院学生分会的支持与帮助;并联合校宣传部，以配合好本次活动的宣传与报名工作。
二、利用各宣传点(如宣传栏、八教宣传点、宿舍楼宣传点、宿舍等)，宣传海报，《安农青年》报纸，以及校广播台等，多角度、全方位层层深入地宣传本次活动的性质及活动具体事宜，加大宣传力度。
三、报名方法：报名工作由各学院学生分会学习部执行。欲参赛的同学须先在本班班长处报名，然后各班班长以班级为单位，把所在班的报名人数及报名材料上报给所在学院学生分会学习部，然后各学院学生分会学习部长将所有材料汇总后，将书面稿和电子档上交给学习部。
四、报名时间定于10 月18日—— 21 日。各学院学生分会学习部汇总人数后于10 月22日中午12点到2点交到学生会学习部。
五、报名时须登记姓名、性别、学院名称、年级专业、寝室号及 __等内容。
六、关于是否交押金问题：本着为同学负责的精神，学习部决定按各院所报人数收一定的保证金，方法如下：
报名的同学每人交纳10元保证金，由班长汇总后将保证金交给学院学习部，学院学习部将全部保证金汇总后交给团总支保管(学生会不负责保证金的收取)。考完后，学习部将未考试人员 __汇总后交给各学院团总支，在保证金里扣除相应金额。
七、报名时间截止后，安排人员制作准考证，按院发放准考证，并做好已报名但未拿到准考证的同学给予及时补办准考证的工作，派人负责对准考证进行更正修改工作。
1.比赛前期办公室抽调人员拟定通知以及负责报名事宜。
2.社会实践部负责咨询报名工作(八教、九教设立咨询点)。
3.宣传部抽调人员写海报宣传报名事项。
4.报名时由办公室负责抽取有时间的各个部门的成员(八教、九教设立报名点)。
5.请网络部负责准考证、监考证、巡考证制作及复印。
6.请女生部和学科部负责准考证的填写及纠正事宜。
7.请体育部负责准考证发放到各院。
8.调用学生会其它部门成员及各院学习部的成员参加监考及装订事宜。
9.竞赛分数的统计事宜请各部门有时间的同学协助。
10.请宣传部负责获奖证书的填写。
11.根据情况请各部门同学协助获奖证书的发送。
12.网络部抽调人员在网上公布赛后获奖情况。
13.由女生部和学习部负责奖品购买。

2016年全国大学生英语能力竞赛攻略 学长分享英语竞赛技巧： 知己知彼百战不殆”，要想在全国大学生英语竞赛中取得好成绩，平时的积累是基础，而考前对考试的研究和分析以及练习则是升华。近几年来英语竞赛也在不断调整中。对我们来说，最重要的参考资料就是当年的竞赛样题，和官网的考试说明文件，从中我们可以了解到考试的题型、分值、时间分配、难度和新变化。只有这样我们才能对症下药，合理分配考试时间，获得最好的成绩。其实考试，一言以蔽之，就是尽量的规定时间内拿到最高的分数，分数越高，就意味着你越成功。由于每年试题结构、题型等都会有所变化，下面就以2010年的英语竞赛初赛试题为例，分析一下时间安排。今年初赛试题共分为七部分，时间120分钟，满分150分。七部分分别为听力、词汇与语法结构、完形填空、阅读理解、翻译、智力测试和写作。下面就分别进行分析。 第一部分是听力，由四部分组成，第一部分是五篇短对话，然后是两篇长对话，第三部分是五篇短新闻，第四部分是听写式填空。总分是30分，总的来说，听力的难度不算很大，应该是介于四、六级之间，大部分都可以直接从对话中找到原句和答案。但是还是有一定难度的。首先，前20道选择题都只读一遍，这和一般的考试不同，所以对选手就提出了更高的要求，必须从一开始就高度集中注意力，才能不遗漏重要信息。此外，听写式填空也是对基本知识的一个考查，经常有同学听到了却不会写，这需要我们打好自己的基础。这一部分要力争拿到20分以上。 第二部分是词汇与语法结构，这也是对“双基”知识的一个考查，可以说基本上是考查基本功的，当然我们也要注意，这其中对话类的应用题目也呈逐年上升的趋势。总分15分，官方建议完成时间是十分钟。这一部分要力争拿到10分以上。 第三部分是完形填空，也是我认为全卷除了智力测试以外最难的题目，题型包括根据上下文填空、根据给出的首字母填空、根据给出的单词的适当形式填空。分值是十分，官方建议完成时间是10分钟。这题不仅考查你的基本词汇语法知识，也考查你对文章的理解和把握。可以说是阅读+词汇的结合。要拿高分很难，但是其实还是有一些分好拿的，这一部分我们要力争拿到4分以上。 第四部分是阅读理解，总分40分，官方建议完成时间是25分钟。这是全卷分值最大的一道大题，也是时间最紧的。我估计绝大多数同学在25分钟内都没办法全部完成（我也很勉强）。这一部分我觉得最重要的还是把握文章的开头和结尾，了解主旨，然后根据题目去快速定位，因为这里的题目大部分都是在原文可以找到答案的。这一部分阅读量大、题型多样（包括选择题、问答题、是/否/未提及题，摘抄题、填空题等）、也是对同学英语应用能力的有力考查，还是要熟能生巧，在平时多加练习，力争达到又对又快的境界，这一部分要力争拿到25分以上。 第五部分是翻译，包括英译汉和汉译英两部分。共20分，官方建议完成时间是15分钟。这一部分可以说是全卷最简单的题型，考查的内容都没超过四级甚至是平常练习的难度，对英译汉，还是要花点时间看看文章开头和结尾，“磨刀不误砍柴工”，很多翻译都要根据上下文进行，才能更加的到位。有时在翻译中遇到生词，也可以根据上下文进行推断。比如今年的汉译英试题中多次提到“dropout”这个单词，我考试时也忘了这是什么意思，最后还是通过文章最后
