摘要
1 摘 要
本设计的主要任务是延安某二十五层酒店给水排水工程设计,设计的主要内容包括:建筑给水系统、建筑消防系统(包括消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋系统的设计)、建筑排水系统、建筑雨水系统。
本建筑地下1层,地上25层,建筑总面积28670m2,地下面积1942.8 m2,地上面积26727.2 m2,总建筑高度94.3m。地上二十五层,地下一层,地下一层为水泵房、设备间、发电房等。一层为大堂、商务中心及餐厅、酒吧、茶座,二层为西餐厅及客房,三楼为会议室、健身房、办公室及客房,四~八层为客房,九层为客房,十~十一层为客房,十二~二十五层为客房。市政给水管网常年可资用水压为0.30MPa,经技术经济比较,室内给水系统拟采用竖向分区给水方式。初步拟定该建筑给水系统分三区:下区-1~3层由市政给水管网的压力直接供水;中区4~8层,由高位水箱减压供水,下行上给;上区(9~25层)采用水泵水箱联合供水,下行上给。
建筑排水系统设计采用粪便污水和生活废水分别排出的方式即分流制。建筑雨水系统采用普通外排水的排水方式。
消火栓给水系统分为室内消火栓给水系统和室外消火栓给水系统,消火栓的布置范围包括各楼层、消防电梯前室和屋顶检验用。消火栓保护半径为28.52m。
建筑内自动喷淋系统的喷头数量较多,根据规范喷头总数大于800个,故需要进行分区。平面分东两侧,西侧低区为1~8层,高区为9~28层;东侧低区为1~3层,高区为4~8层。

2 Abstract
The main task of this design is the water supply and drainage design of High-rise office
building in GuangZhou. The content of my design includes the design of the building water
supply system, the building water drainage system, the building storm-water system, the
hydrant water supply system and the automatic sprinkler system.
The building with 1 floor underground,25 floors on the ground. The total construction
area of28670m2,and The underground area of 1942.8m2, floor area of 26727.2m2,and
Building height of 94.3m. On the ground twenty-five, underground, underground layer of
water pump room, equipment room, generator room and other. A layer is a hall, business
center and restaurant, bar, cafe, the two layer is a restaurant and rooms on the third floor
conference room, gym, office, and guest rooms, four ~ eight layer for guest rooms, nine
rooms, ten ~ eleven layer for guest rooms, twelve ~ twenty-five layer for guest rooms
Municipal water supply pipe network perennial available pressure to 0.30MPa, through
technical and economic comparison, indoor water supply system adopting vertical zoning of
water supply mode. The initial formulation of the building water supply system is divided into
three zones: Zone -1~3layer consists of municipal water supply pipe network pressure to
supply water directly; central4~8layer, high water pressure by water, down to; area
(9~25layer ) using a water tank water, down to.
The construction drainage system design selects the method which the excrement sewage
and the life waste water discharge separately is the separate system. The construction rain
water system selects the draining water method which ordinary outside drains water.
Hydrant water supply system includes interior hydrant water supply system and outside
hydrant water supply system. Hydrant arranging range includes every storey, the room in front
of fire elevator and roof for check. The hydrant protects a radius of 28.52m.
The number of sprinkler heads in the building is about 1600. According to the rules more
than 800 total shower nozzle, The plane east sides, on the west side of low1~8 layer,9~28layer
area; on the eastern side of low1~3 layer,4~8layer area.
