iphone 4S电路框图 一、从hold看开机信号流程 2011年，你hold住了吗？算不算流行语？那我们就从hold开始看4S电路框图。说到hold，在4S里面具体什么意思呢？我们先来看看说明书，是如何描述hold按键功能的。 很直接，这里把开机按键叫做睡眠/唤醒按钮，那么在电路图中，这个按键的更准确的意思应该是开关机/保持按键。反正明白这个意思就行了啊。 4S的按键功能如图所示。 看下面这个电路框图，开机信号经过反相器U8，分别送给AP应用处理器U52和AP 电源管理芯片U5。
还要说一下DFU模式，可能你听说iPhone的DFU模式，DFU的全称是Development FirmwareUpgrade，实际意思就是iPhone固件的强制升降级模式。例如，在你降级iPhone固件的时候，如果出现过错误（1）或者错误（6），那么在你恢复或者降级固件的时候，你需要使你的iPhone进入DFU模式才能够完全降级。 以下是两种进入DFU模式的方法： 1、开启iTunes，并将iPhone连上电脑，然后将iPhone关机。 2、按住开机键直到出现苹果logo，不要松手。 3、在按住开机键同时，按住home键，直到苹果logo消失。 4、此时松开开机键，直到电脑出现DFU模式联接。 5、iTunes出现恢复提示，按住shift，选择相应固件进行恢复。 回头再看一眼上面的框图，同时按住HOME按键和开机按键的时候，AP应用处理器就会识别为DFU模式。 二、充电电路流程 4S的充电电路看起来是有点复杂，下面是简化的框图，我们来具体分析下。 首先看看和充电有关系的器件，首先是充电器和电池，废话，没有充电器和电池咋充电？尾插J3，连接充电器用的。AP电源管理芯片U5，在这里是负责进行充电的。AP应用处理器，负责监控U5工作。电池触点J9，一方面通过触点对电池进行充电，同时将电池的温度和电池电量信息反馈给U5和U52。 首先，手机得知道是不是有充电器接入？接入的到底是充电器还是其他附件？尾插26脚是附件检测，检测是否有附件接入尾插。 尾插30脚负责检查是充电器还是USB线充电，根据R28、R23的分压值和U5的E17脚的参考值进行比较，将电压输入到U5的N17脚，从而识别出是否为充电器接入还是USB
