一、说教材
1、教材内容：本单元是新人教版三年级下册的第三单元，教学内容主要是围绕学生感兴趣的小动物们的话题展开。本节课是A 部分第一课时的内容，是一节词汇和句型的新授课。本课时主要学习了Let' s lean!的四个形容词tall, short, fat, thi n,使学生能在动物园这个情景中灵活的使用词汇及句型：Look at…It ' s…
2、教材的地位这节课是本单元的第一课时，是一节初步描绘动物特征的会话课。
要
求学生在动物园的情景中学会初步描述动物外貌特征，并能在实际情景中自然运用。学生在第一册Unit 4 中已经学过动物词汇，Unit 3 中学了Look at ?的句子，因此在本节课前学生已经能听懂、会说这些句型。从而降低了本节课中新授句型的难度。
二、说目标
知识目标：
(1) 能听说、认读形容词：tall, short, fat, thin
⑵能学会并运用句子：Look at… It ' s…
能力目标:
(1) 能用It ' S…It ' s so..简单描述动物外貌特征。
(2) 能听懂Let' s d部分的指示语，并能按照指令做出相应的动作。
(3) 能正确运用所学句型进行语言交际。
情感目标:
(1)教育学生要爱护动物，尊重生命。
(2) 激发学生学习英语的兴趣，享受英语学习带来的乐趣。拓展目标:
(1)拓展两个形容词：old, young, long
⑵能听懂、会说一些含有简单形容词的句子，女口： He is…She is …

三、教学重难点
重点：
1、能听、说、认读A部分Let' s learn的四个形容词：tall, short, fat, thin .
2、能理解并在实际情景中正确运用所学句型：Loot at…It '描述动物的特
征，要求模仿正确，语调自然。
难点：
1、能掌握单词thin 的准确发音。
2、能运用本课所学句型描述动物的外貌特征，并在语言交际中综合运用。
四、说学情
我所教的是三年级学生，他们活泼好动，模仿力强，勇于参与并乐于表现自己。他们对新知充满好奇，学得快但忘得也快。Look at …这一句型对学生来说并不陌生，而且在三年级上册第三、四单元都出现过，但是学生不会灵活运用，在三年级上册第四单元已经学过动物词汇及句型，孩子们都非常喜欢动物。所以本节课设计了去动物园这一情景，并展开话题。
五、说教法
教法设计
本课时采用英语教学跨越式模式，以言语交际为中心，注重师生交
际，生生交际和拓展听读三大环节。
学法指导
新课标倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。本节课中充分考虑到学生的年龄特征、兴趣和认识水平，准备了直观、生动的教具，创设了宽松、活泼的学习环境和有趣的对话场景，设计了多样的学生喜爱的教学活动，在各种活动中，全班学生都在“动”，形成了一个生机勃勃的生生互动的学习场面，既达成了巩固、运用所学内容的目的，又实现了伙伴合作学习的目的。
教学手段
根据本节课的教学内容特点，采用了多媒体教学手段。把各种动物的形象特征更加直观、具体、生动地演示出来，同时也有利于激发学生学习英语的热情，激活课堂气氛，增大课堂容量，把更多的时间交给学生主宰，从而提高教学效率和质量。

My topic today is taken from Lesson 37 of Unit 5 in Student Book 4. The main content of this unit is “Go With Transportation”, and the topic of Lesson 37 is “Flying Donuts”. I have decided to say the lesson from six parts: Part One——Analysis of the Teaching Material One: Status and Function 1. This unit tells us the improvement of traffic transportation and the related stories. Besides learning this, students will also learn some words, phrases and expressions of traffic, and so on. In Lesson 37, Danny will introduce a new type of transportation to us, it is imaginary. 2. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing, I will have the students do some exercise about the text. 3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to use their imagination and encourage them to be creative. For example, helping them use English to describe their imaginary transportation. So I think if the students can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn the rest of this unit. 4. While teaching them, I will also encourage them to say something about what they think the future transportations will be like. In a way, from practising such a topic, it can be helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken language. Two: Teaching Aims and Demands The teaching aim's basis is established according to Junior School English syllabus' provision. 1. Knowledge objects (1) To study the new words “fuel”, “oil” and “coal”. (2) To learn and master the phrases “think of, on the way to …, have fun”, etc. 2. Ability objects (1) To develop the students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. (2) To train the stu dents’ ability of working in pairs.
