作为英语口语表达能力的集中体现，英语即兴演讲在训练中学生口语、提高思辨能力和培养英语实际运用能力上的有效性已得到了越
来越广泛的认同。即兴演讲所需的快速构思组织能力和语言表达的
准确度的能力均可通过平时的训练得到大幅提高。除了课堂时间在
老师的组织引导下进行即兴演讲训练，也要鼓励学生积极进行自主
学习。
即兴演讲即兴表达能力中学英语教学课堂训练自主练习由于社会对
高素质英语人才的需求增长，口语能力在中学英语教育里的重要性
不断凸显。针对目前学生中普遍存在的开口难、胆小害羞等现象，
一个有效的方法便是练习英语即兴演讲。不同于日常、轻松的会话
形式，我们在很多情况下也需要集中、系统地表达自身对事物的认
知与看法。事实上，“美国95.3%的中学都开有英语公众演讲教育课。”在我国，越来越多的中学在外语教学中也开始注重英语即兴表达，有意识地锻炼学生的即兴演讲能力。即兴演讲是最具挑战性、
最能真实反映英语水平的项目。“即兴演讲通常要求选手根据文字、
图像或视频方式提出的问题进行即兴发言。因此在最短的时间内找
到问题的切入点，在头脑中归纳思路并组织语言就成为演讲成败的
关键。”其性质也决定了掌握此项能力的难度。在即兴场合，经常会
有学生表情僵硬、声音颤抖，逻辑混乱，甚至语无伦次。然而即兴
演讲的难度也意味着它对于提高英语口语特别是即兴表达能力，就
像是高效的“特训”。
有人认为即兴演讲全靠随机应变、临场发挥，无法准备，也很难通
过练习取得成效；其实不然。“胸有成竹于前，才能出口成章于后”。由于现场准备时间太短，要想获得成功，就要做到有话可说，即平
时积累材料，练习理清逻辑、快速构思的能力。宏观上，成功的即
兴演讲须以流畅的内部语言结构为基础。它需要学生在短时间内高
效整合资料，能锻炼快速构思与语言组织能力。即兴演讲虽不像命
题演讲那样讲究，但也要内容精悍，逻辑严密，结构合理。微观上，演讲中使用的语言不仅应准确流利，语音、语速、语调等方面都应
根据内容的需要而作相应调整。以上几方面能力，不论是快速构思
组织能力还是语言表达的准确度，均可通过练习得到大幅提高。
首先，在课堂中创造机会锻炼能力。将即兴演讲训练融入英语课堂，如在课前5至10分钟进行，用时不多，但效果很好。“英语演讲活
动的主体是全体学生，英语教师只是起组织和点评的作用。”首先，
由老师给出即兴演讲的题目和2至3分钟的准备时间，这期间要求
学生审题立意、构思提纲，充分调动起头脑中贮存的信息，确定议
论角度和大致结构。可以记录关键词，但不能用完整的句子。时间
一到马上停止，老师每堂课随机点名几位学生上台演讲，并在每个
学生演讲后，对该生的各方面表现进行评价，纠正语言表达中的问题，或补充相关的英语知识；也可以组织台下学生探讨，增强互动，“学生在观摩同学的表演中，互相学习，逐渐有了竞争意识。学习英
语的氛围和环境大大改善。从而促进英语教学工作，极大地提高学
