【摘要】21世纪,企业的竞争是人才的竞争,知识型员工的贡献在企业发展中占据举足轻重的作用。企业要想长期发展,就必须吸引更多知识型员工的加入并充分发挥他们的才能。然而,现阶段一些企业的管理缺乏对知识型员工的重视,忽视知识型员工的需求,没有采用合理有效的激励策略,无法给知识型员工带来归属感,导致知识型员工接连跳槽,从而给企业带来严重的损失。为此,本文深入分析知识型员工的特点,并指出现代企业在管理知识型员工过程中存在的问题,进而提出有效的激励策略,帮助企业健全激励体系、构建合理激励机制,有效地对知识型员工进行激励。%In 21st century, the enterprise's competition is talented person's competition. The contribution of knowledge workers is in enterprise development. Companies want to long-term development, it must attract more knowledge workers to join and retain them. Some enterprise management at present stage, however, lack of attention to the knowledge staff and ignore the demand of the knowledge workers. There is no reasonable effective incentive policy to carry on, thus reduce the knowledge staff's work enthusiasm, and even lead to knowledge staff have job-hopping, which bring serious loss.
