如何进行英语说课

首先感谢各位的聆听,作为英语教师的一员,我有幸参与了本次教学新秀评选活动的说课环节的评选。首先值得肯定的是,本次参加说课的大多数教师都能认真对待,认真准备,虚心请教。但在评选的过程中,我们也发现了一些问题。如:个别教师准备不充分,不脱稿。个别教师说课环节不符合要求。甚至还有个别教师的稿件出现了跑题的现象。针对这些情况,受韩老师委托,我对说课的意义、如何说课以及怎样说课来进行讲解。如有不当之处,请各位老师提出来,我们共同商榷。

说课是近几年兴起的一种教学研究和教师教学基本功训练的活动形式,是教学研究改革的产物,是素质教育下提高教师队伍整体素质的有效途径。所谓“说课”就是教师在备课的基础上,依据教学大纲和教材,在教学理论的指导下,结合教师、学生实际和教学条件,向其他教师说明本单元或本节课的教学思想和教学设计。实际上说课和讲课一样,是教师把教学技能转化为教学能力、更好地优化课堂教学、提高教学质量的一种形式。我现在从英语学科特点出发,就英语说课讲稿的要素、撰写方法和如何说好课等几个方面做些探讨。

一、“说课”的现实意义

1、“说课”能促进英语教学工作的整体优化。在开展“说课”活动中,英语教师互相交流“说课“,听取他人的教学思路、教学方法以及教学理论上新的见解和理念,对自己有所启迪和帮助,并灵活地运用于自己所教的英语学科中,彼此学优,取长补短,有利于英语教师的教学思路更开阔,教学构思更严密,教学方法更灵活,教学内容更丰富,教学效益更提高。

2、“说课”具有提高英语教师素质的功能。它是培养新教师,发现新教师,推崇优秀教师的一种行之有效的方式。英语教师有机会参与“说课”活动,从而调动了他们的内在的积极因素。为了说好课,现在不少英语教师不仅认真地钻研教材,而且自觉学习有关的英语教育理论,十分注重搜集有关英语教学和教学研究的各种信息及资料,使理论素养提高与教学实践的提高处于一种良性的循环状态。

3、“说课”能综合考核英语教师驾驭教材的能力。它可以考察英语教师对教材整体掌握的水平和程度,包括熟悉英语教学大纲和教材的程度,对新旧知识关系的理解,所选教法、学法、作业练习与教材的相互连接等等。在具体的操作过程中,还可以将各项要求指标一目了然地以量化的形式表示出来,从而对英语教师的考核工作有了科学的依据。

4、“说课“具有简捷、明快、省时、高效、易于安排和便于控制的特点,而且”说课“的直接目的是在某种特定的场合下与同行交流。所以说“说课”的评价易于做到公开、公正、公平,易被参与者认同和接受,目前已经广泛地被英语教师基本功竞赛和课堂教学研究所运用。

二、英语说课讲稿的要素及撰写方法

英语说课讲稿应该包括五个要素:说教材、说教法、说学法、说教学程序、说板书设计。

(一)说教材

说教材要对教材所在的知识系统做简要分析,通过分析某课教学内容在整个教材体系中的作用,以及本课教学内容与学生先前掌握的知识和将要学习的知识的联系,说明教材的地位和作用;通过对课程标准关于教学的具体要求的概括分析,说明本课教学目标的确立及其依据;通过对英汉两种语言差异和学生的知识水平的简要分析,确定并说明重点、难点和关键点的确立及其确立依据。

1.说教材的地位和作用。

说教材的地位和作用,应简要分析本课内容在单元整体教学中和整个教材体系中甚至在素质教育英语教学中的重要地位。

2.说教学目标的确立及其依据。

教学目标的确立首先要根据单元教学的目的和要求(对语音、词汇、日常交际用语、语法等方面的不同程度的要求),结合学生的实际水平,确定贯穿单元教学的总目标(goal)。总目标往往以单元教学目标的形式出现,一节课的教学目标(objective)则应落实到与本课教学内容相关的具体语言知识或某项技能上,即:通过本节课的教学,重点解决什么问题(知识和能力),达到什么样的要求。为了贯彻“寓思想教育于语言教学之中"的教学原则,教师还要深入

挖掘教材的德育因素,从而确定德育(情感情意)目标。

教学目标的表述要准确、具体、简洁、全面,要明确写出本节课的知识目标、能力目标和德育目标,即说明通过一定的教学活动后,学生的知识、能力或情感的变化,并说明做如此要求的理论依据。教学目标的表述应有利于教师在教学时对教学目标的把握与评定,要将一般性的目标具体化为可观测的行为目标,要说明学生在教学后能学会什么,达到什么水平,即说明教师预期学生行为改变的结果,充分发挥教学目标的导向作用。

一般来说,规范、明确的教学目标的表述包括四大要素,即行为主体、行为、条件及表现水平或标准。

2) 智力发展目标:在连贯的听、说活动中,训练学生的逻辑思维和快速反应能力。

3.说重点、难点和关键点的确立及其依据。

说课稿要写出该课的重点、难点和关键点分别是什么,并写出确立该重点、难点和关键点的理论依据,即在列举该课重点、难点和关键点的同时,说明为什么该重点是本课教学的最主要部分或最重要内容,为什么该难点在本课教学中是学生最难理解和最容易出现错误的部分(有时重点和难点相同),为什么该关键点对本课教学的成败起决定性的作用等。

(二)说教法与学法

说教法和学法,结合具体的教学内容和学生实际,说出本节课要选出怎样的教学方法才能达到课堂教学的最优化;说出本节课教给学生哪些学习方法,培养学生哪些能力,如何调动优秀学生积极思维和激发较差学生的学习兴趣。

说教法,即说明该课在教学过程中,将采用的教学方法及依据。教学方法多种多样,但教学中方法的使用并不是教师随心所欲、信手拈来的。它需要教师根据教

学内容和师生的主客观条件决定取舍。恰当的教学方法,利于教学内容的传授,利于学生对知识内容的理解和掌握,可以引起学生积极思维,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力,比较好地完成教学任务。反之,就不能达到预期的效果。因此,在说课中,教师应将采用的教学方法以及采用这些方法的依据及所能达到的教学效果说出来。

说学法,即说明在教学过程中,针对所授课内容的难易程度结合学生的实际情况,告诉学生掌握知识的方法或技巧,亦即学法指导。因此,教师在制定教给学生知识的方案时,更要考虑教会学生学习的方法和观察和思考问题,并提出观点的方法,所谓“授之以鱼”不如“授之以渔”就是这个道理。恰当的学法指导,有助于学生对基本知识、基本概念及结论的理解,有利于学生掌握和运用这些知识、概念和培养的能力,给学生学习带来事半功倍的效果。

(三)说教学程序

说教学程序,即说出自己教学思路及理论依据,课堂结构、教学媒体的合理运用实验设计及板书设计等。说教学程序,它是说课重要的一个环节,要求说课教师在规定的时间内说明组织实施这一课的方案,如应如何导入新课、传授新知识,如何进行能力培养和思想教育等等。说课的过程,最能体现教师的教学基本功和素质,所以,说课教师要紧紧把握教材的重点、难点,围绕教学目标,切实处理好各教学环节的关系,进行精练、简捷的概述。说明优化教学过程结构的设想。(四)说教学手段

教学手段是多种多样的,教师可结合不同的教学内容将多种教学媒体如挂图、幻灯、录像带、录音带、电影片段、新闻图片等引进课堂。多样化教学手段的运用,直观性强,实用性大,可以增强学生的感性认识和学习兴趣,给学生留下的印象深,效果好。因此,教师的说课应说明在教学过程中,根据教学内容的具体需要,准备采用哪些教学手段以及采用这些手段的好处。当然,切勿为手段而手段,一定要从教学内容和效果出发,同时,教学手段的选择也应从学校的实际情况出发。

三、如何说好课

1.要说好课,要精心构思,不可信口开河。说课,是说给同行听的,说给领导听的;是说如何上课,不是简单介绍上课的内容,明确这一点很重要。看对象,该讲的讲,不该讲的不讲。

2.要说透如何贯彻帮助学生“获取知识,提高素质,发展智力,培养能力”这一教育教学原则。

3.说课也要抓重点,抓关键,讲究“省略”、过渡、照应。说课要说出自己的特色,不人云亦云。我就是我这一个,我的教学方法不和人家撞车,不做“教参”的俘虏。说课,看对象,找准切入点。体现教学目标与教学手段的一致性。说清如何指导、引导、辅导学生质疑的。教学有法,教无定法,贵在得法。说课中的引例,要体现举一反三的特点。说课还要瞄准一个时期的热点,要使听你说课的人从你的说课中受到启发,悟出道理,开拓新路。好的说课,实在是意的开掘,能的升腾。胸中有书,目中有人,同行切磋,说课中见精神。

总之,说课要以教材分析和学生状况分析为基础,以教学目标为根本方向,紧紧抓住教学重点和难点,优化教学过程结构,选择教学方法,科学运用各种教学媒体,有效地控制教学过程所要达到的教学效果,说明其基本的教学思路,并提出按照教学思路设计的教学实施方案。

小学英语教师面试说课技巧(自己总结)

一,准备说课稿 我面试的是英语老师,所以准备的是全英说课稿,但我觉得各学科应该有相通的地方。正式准备前,看面试说明,有没有指定教材。比如我们小学英语是以本县所用小学五年级教材为面试材料。最好先找个当地的老师请教下,面试时可以怎么准备或者他会给你些建议或者注意事项。准备面试时,可以去网上搜索几篇相关科目的说课稿,英语全英的比较少,但还是找到几篇我认为可以有借鉴的。(不一定必须是和教材课文对应的,主要是参考它的语言和形式)。建议不要用现成的稿子,一定要有自己的思考在里面。我当时的腹稿就是研究了几篇打印稿后自己综合写出来的。还有一点,建议不要每篇课文都准备说课稿。以我们这次面试为例,五年级上下册,每册10个单元,每单元两课,如果每篇都准备,得背40篇说课稿,这在几天的面试准备时间下是不可行的。实际上,每单元的第一课都是新课,教学目标和教学方法之类的差不多大同小异。包括说课稿必说的几大部分里,也是有一样的地方。我的做法是,准备一到两篇说课稿,把相似部分的语言组织好,背过。这样,无论到时候抽到那一课,这些原样抄上就可以了(其实面试那天,几乎每个人手里拿着的都是一份稿子,而不是几十份,说课前有备课时间,可以利用那段时间根据抽到的课完善腹稿)。背的滚瓜烂熟后,对着镜子练手势和表情(我觉得这点很重要,开始看着镜子练时,一走神就容易忘词,后来就习惯看着人说了),纠正细节。觉得差不多了后,可以设置模拟课堂,找几个家人当评委,该怎么说怎么说,让他们纠错。我觉得实战演练也很重要,当时我自己准备的腹稿已经背的差不多了,但是第一次自己试着站在讲台上说时,尽管下边没人,一走上那个讲台,心还是禁不住乱跳起来,说了没两句,就开始忘词重复了。还有一点,不知道是不是因人而异,坐着背稿和站着说稿的感觉很不一样,站着时更容易感受紧张。如果同学们也有类似感觉,建议站着练稿。 二,注意事项 1、英语老师的面试,都说全英的说课稿比汉语说课稿加分。但我们这次面试我知道的得91点多的那位面试第三名用的是汉语。无论什么说课稿,一定要注意语调,要有变化;语速,一定不要全快或者全慢。 2,、面试着装很重要,女孩子可以使那种白黑搭配的连衣裙(建议),要穿个比较正式的高跟鞋。男孩子可以穿西装。我这次选择了件比较素的裙子,但面试那天,还是有好多考生穿的很正式的职业装,给人形象很好。 3、面试时要抽签决定面试顺序。可能会有人给你说前几名和最后几名不沾光。但你一定要记住,其实沾光和不沾光不是顺序决定的。像我们面试那天一个工作人员老师给我们说的,
