带抗风夹的直立锁边金属屋面系统抗风性能研究

Abstract

Standing seam metal roof system is used widely in future and applied to many structures with large-span roof.However,the examples of wind damage under strong wind often occur,which affect the usability and safety of the building.The addition of wind resistant clips can effectively prevent the occurrence of wind damage.However,there is few researches on the standing seam metal roof system with anti wind clips.In this paper,standing seam metal roof system with anti wind clips is taken as the research object.Based on the static loading resistance test and the finite element numerical simulation,the damage pattern and wind bearing capacity of the roof is systematically studied.This paper also discusses the influence of the width and thickness of the roof panel,the spacing of purlin and the anti wind clip and the size of the anti wind clip on the wind resistance performance of the systerm.The main contents are as follows:

(1)Standing seam metal roof reversing loading test is designed and completed, variables include the width of the panel,the spacing of purlin and anti wind clips, and the presence or absence of anti wind clips.The wind bearing capacity of specific panel type and working condition is obtained,and the breaking law is given: When the horizontal displacement of the vertical panel of the roof panel reaches more than4mm,a release failure occurs.When the stress in some areas is greater than280MPa,and the horizontal displacement of the vertical panel is less than4mm, tearing damage occurs.

(2)The finite element model of the tanding seam metal roof system with anti wind clip is set https://www.doczj.com/doc/9644625.html,bined with the results of the test and the finite element analysis,it is concluded that there are only two failure forms of the roof system, release failure and tearing https://www.doczj.com/doc/9644625.html,pare the difference between the two types of damage in the displacement,the roof panel and the wind clip stress.And obtain the damage criteria for the two types of damage:when the panel width is determined, Tear damage occurs when the stiffness ratio of the roof panel to the anti-wind clip is in the critical failure curve of the fitting,otherwise the release failure occurs.

(3)The finite element model is used to analyze the effect of parameter in this system.For400mm wide,1000mm purlin spacing,1mm plate thick roof panels,the width of the roof decreases by100mm,the thickness of the plate increases each 0.1mm or the purlin spacing decreases by100mm.The wind resistance capacity of the roof system can be increased by20%,14%,and20%respectively.The anti wind clip can effectively improve the wind resistance bearing capacity of15%~30%.The

effect of the tail thickness of wind clip on the wind resistance of the lifting system is greater than that of the length.According to the simulation results,the relationship between roof width,purlin and windshield spacing and wind resistant capacity of roof panels is fitted,and wind resistant suggestions are put forward.
