1. 货物描述:设备，约949立方，421吨，5%偏差
2.装船港和下货港: 1个安全港口，青岛中国/1个安全港口，新加坡(船主安排)
3.停靠时间: 2011年8月25号到9月30号。
4.装载率:码头装货
5.运输费用: 每吨29.5美金,依照FILO TERMS BSS1/1，以及上海当地费用
RMB26.5/计费吨（班轮价）＋报关RMB100／票＋外轮理货RMB800／票＋订舱费RMB1／计费吨
6. 运费支付:全额运费在装货完成后的三日内付到船主指定帐号。滞留损失应该由船东和租家在相
关货物或者单证准备齐全后5天内解决；但是无论如何也不能晚于卸货完毕。
7.绑扎/平舱/垫料由船主负责
8.若有OAP，由租船方承担。
9.两边港口的吊车等由船主负责。
10.若有驳船拖船作业，由租船人安排和承担费用。.
11.驳船费等由租船人负责承担
12.船边理货/岸边理货分别由船东/租船人承担。
13.代理由船主制定。
14.滞纳条款:由于货物和单证延迟造成的两边港口滞纳费用由租船人承担，按每天15000美金支付，不足一天按一天计算。滞纳款为15000美金/天，在装运港和卸货港，由于货物或单证未准备好等原因造成滞纳，均需支付。在装运港，滞纳款同运费一起结清；在卸货港若有延误，滞纳款在提交相关文件5日内结清。.
15.在两边港口，承运商提供10/7/5/3 天大约1天DEF 通知。
