注塑车间集成单元布局智能建模与关联优化

摘要:针对注塑车间设备布局、原料区布局、模具摆放区布局和物流运送路线现状,提出注塑车间布局基本原则,优化传统单元系统布局,合并单元构建和单元内布局过程,关联生产计划变动影响,建立注塑车间单元构建与单元内布局集成设计模型,建立注塑车间单元系统布局与关联优化集成模型.针对多变量、多约束和非线性的特点,以单元内物料搬运、单元内模具搬运、单元间物料搬运以及单元间模具搬运等成本为布局模型多目标函数,以单元间物流费用、车间面积利用率和关联控制系数ACC 等为关联模型多目标函数,分别设计出结构化染色体多变异策略、实数编码多点交叉等遗传算法,并对模型进行求解.通过典型的注塑车间布局实例,验证模型和算法的实用性和可靠性.关键词:单元系统布局;集成设计;多目标;关联优化;多变异

Intelligent modeling and association optimization of integrated unit layout in injection molding shop

Abstract :According to the layout of injection workshop ,the layout of raw material area ,the layout of mold area and the route of logistics transportation ,the basic principle of injection workshop layout is put forward ,the layout of traditional unit system is optimized ,unit construction and its internal layout process are merged .T he changes of production plan are considered ,and the integrated design model of layout schemes and building injection workshop unit construction is built ,and the integrated model of system layout and correlation optimization for injection workshop unit is also put forward .Aiming at the characteristics of multivariable ,multi -constraint and non -linearity ,the multi -objective function of layout model is based on internal unit material handling costs ,internal unit mold handling costs ,and costs of material and mold handling between units ;the associative model multi -objective function is based on unit logistic costs ,workshop area utilization and the associative control coefficient .Structured chromosome multi -variance strategy genetic algorithm and real -coded multi -p oint crossover g enetic algorithm are designed to solve the model .T hrough the typical injection workshop layout example ,the practicality and reliability of the model and the algorithm are verified .
