大学英语四级听力考试过程中注意事项
1、首先要做好心理准备。紧张不利于理解，只有放松情绪，听觉器官才能对声音信号作出敏感的反映，进而提高思维理解能力。因此如果考前感到紧张，不妨做一下深呼吸或想些与考试无关的事情。这样就很容易把精力集中起来，从而取得良好的听力效果。
