书面表达的第二部分是按照五个档次来评分的，依据为：内容要点、语言表达、篇章结构和字数四个方面。具体要求为：
一、评分原则
1. 本题满分为10分，按五个档次给分。
2. 评分时，先根据短文内容和语言初步确定其所属的档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量、
调整或确定档次，最后给分。
3. 拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。
4. 如书写较差，以致影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。
二、评分标准
第一档：9~10分。包含了所有要点，能围绕内容要点适当发挥，内容具体、丰富；应用了较丰富的语言结构和词汇，用词准确，句子通顺，行文
连贯，表达清楚；没有或几乎没有语言错误，具备较强的语言运用能
力，达到了预期的写作目的。
第二档：7~8分。基本包含了所有要点，并有一定的发挥，内容比较丰富；应用的语言结构和词汇能满足任务的要求，句子较通顺，表达较清楚；有
少量语言错误，基本达到了预期的写作目的。
第三档：5~6分。包含了多数要点，并有所发挥，内容不够丰富、具体，字数较少；句子不够通顺，语言表达过于简单，行文不够连贯；有部分语言
错误。
第四档：3~4分。只包含了少数要点，内容过少；句子无条理，语言不规范，行文不连贯；语言错误较多。
第五档：0~2分。只包含了一个要点或所写内容与要求几乎无关，内容杂乱，不知所云；语言很不通顺，用词很不准确；错误过多，几乎难以读懂。
三、扣分原则：
1. 在划定的档次内扣分。
