1. 概述 Summary

1.1本设备主要用于发电厂、变电站容量在2MVA以上的大型油浸电力变压器以

及类似充油电气设备的灭火消防。

This device is mainly used for fire fighting of large oil-immersed power transformer and other similar oil-filling electric equipment which is above 2MVA in power station and substation.

1.2电力变压器是电站及变电站中最重要的设备之一。变压器本体内含有大

量的易燃物质,若着火后可蔓延到附近设备,本设备为此提供了最重要的保护。它能为用户提供成套消防设备所能提供的所有优点:

Power transformer is one of the most important devices in power station and substation. Body of transformer contains lots of flammable substance which can spread to other devices nearby if it’s on fire, and therefore, this device provides the most important protection. It can provide users all advantages which the complete set of fire fighting equipment can provide.

2.设备的结构和工作原理

Structure and working principle of device

2.1 设备的结构 structure of device

本设备通常由消防控制柜、消防柜、断流阀、火灾探测装置和排油注氮管路等组成。

2.2工作原理 working principle

工作原理见附图1。Working principle refers to attached drawing 1 变压器着火一般是由内部绝缘被破坏而引起。其原因为过负荷操作、过电压或雷电过电压,绝缘逐渐退化,油位下降,潮湿或油酸解及绝缘套管损坏,所引

起电弧的能量导致油温和压力骤增,迫使顶部套管或变压器本体破裂。大量燃烧

中的油可能大面积涌出,继而令整个电站或变电站燃烧起熊熊的烈火。Transformer on fire is generally caused by destruction of inner insulation. The reason is that energy of electric arc caused by overload operation、over voltage or lighting surge、insulation degeneration little by little、oil level declining、humidity or oil acid splitting and damage of insulated sleeves resulting in high increase of oil temperature and pressure to force top bushing or body of transformer explode. Lots of oil on fire may pour out extensively, then leads to the whole power station or substation is on very strong fire.

本设备在着火初期由瓦斯继电器、断路器跳闸、箱体超压及靠近着火点的火灾探测装置同时动作,发出报警信号,自动脱扣设备打开快速排油阀以排出变压

器顶部的热油,同时断流阀关闭,隔离油枕,防止油枕内油外溢。3秒钟后,定时脱扣设备打开氮气释放阀,将一定压力和流量的氮气送到变压器内,氮气被注

入约10分钟。氮气将油箱内上下油层搅动混合,使燃烧中的油的温度冷却到燃

点以下,同时,氮气覆盖在油表面,使表面氧含量达到最少,油火在非常短的时

间内被扑灭。

Warning signals are sent out when gas relay and temperature detector near ignition point act at the same time at on fire initial stage. Automatic tripping gear opens fast oil-drain valve to discharge hot oil from the top of transformer, shut-off valve is closed at the same time to separate oil conservator to prevent oil inside from overflowing. Nitrogen which has certain pressure and flow is sent into transformer when nitrogen filling valve is opened by timing tripping device three minutes later. Nitrogen filling time keeps about 10 minutes. Nitrogen mixes oil layers up and bottom in the oil pool in order to make oil temperature decrease below ignition point. Meanwhile, nitrogen covers the oil surface to minimize oxygen content on the surface; oil fire can be extinguished in a very short time.

3.设备的安装 Installation of device

3.1 对用户的要求 requirement to users

3.2 消防柜的安装 Installation of fire fighting cabinet

安装于变压器附近,消防柜与变压器之间的排油管道的直线长度最长不超过9m。长度超过5m时,中间应加支承。排油管道应按约1∶100的斜度向消防柜端下倾。

Fire fighting cabinet is installed near transformer, straight length of oil- discharge pipe between fire fighting cabinet and transformer cannot be longer than 9m。If it is longer than 5m, supporting should be added in the middle. Oil-discharge pipes should incline to fire fighting cabinet by the ratio of about 1:100.

如果消防柜布置在变压器油坑外,则要安装在基础上(见附图10),排油管道、预埋槽钢及电缆套管均应根据附图10在混凝土灌装之前装配好。基础应平整、光滑,以确保固定正确。柜体中配有四个对角线布置的起吊环,以便使之能方便地使用吊车提升。要小心地提升柜体并将之放到已准确配有排油管道的基础框架上。基础中所埋的排油管将刚好滑进柜体的排油管,两管将搭接,以避免当排油时,从柜体底面误泄漏。也可将基础做成四周封闭式油池(消防柜排油直接进入此油池),油池底部预埋通向事故油池或变压器油池的管道,管道通径不小于Φ150mm,并位于油池最底部,最终将柜体固定到基础的预埋槽钢上。外部接线应按接线图进行。最后将氮气瓶就位。

If fire fighting cabinet is installed outside the oil pit of transformer, it should be installed on the foundation (see attached drawing 10), oil drain pipes、pre-cast U-steel and cable sleeves should be assembled according to attached drawing 10 before concrete filling is finished. Foundation shall be smooth to ensure proper

fixing. Four slinger rings are diagonally laid out so as to cabinet can be lifted conveniently by crane. Cabinet should be lifted carefully and put on the foundation frame which has been equipped with oil-drain pipes correctly. Oil-drain pipe buried in the foundation shall slip into the pipe in the cabinet and be connected properly to avoid oil leaking from the bottom of cabinet by mistake when discharging. The foundation also can be made into an enclosed oil pool (oil from fire fighting cabinet can be discharged directly into this oil pool), pipes leading to accident oil pool or transformer oil pool are been buried at the bottom of oil pool,diameter of pipes shall be bigger than Φ150mm. Finally cabinet can be fixed to the pre-cast U-steel on the foundation. Outside wire connecting shall be in accordance with wire connecting diagram. Put nitrogen cylinder in the right place at last.

3.3 消防控制柜的安装Installation of control

消防控制柜采用立式结构,安装在控制室内,外

形及安装尺寸见附图2;可采用壁挂式,采用上屏式

(800×600×2260;也可根据用户特殊要求重新设

计,必须注意安装方面的基本预防措施:

a 吊装及拆箱必须小心,避免冲击与碰撞

Hoisting and devanning must be careful to avoid

impacting and hitting.

b 必须安装在控制室内,便于观察的场所

Must be installed at a place in a control room

which is convenient for observation.

3.4 断流阀的安装 installation of shut-off valve

断流阀安装在瓦斯继电器与油枕之间的水平连

管上(附图3)。应注意:Shut-off valve is installed

in horizontal connection pipe which is between gas relay and oil conservator (attached drawing 3). Attention:

a 阀体不能倾斜,箭头指向瓦斯继电器

Valve shall not be inclined, arrow points to gas relay

b 从油枕往变压器注油时,应逆时针转动断流阀手柄,使内部拨杆挡住活

门,直到阀门两端充满油为止(从变压器底部注油时免此操作)。

When oil is filled from oil conservator to transformer, handle of shut-off valve shall be turned anticlockwise to make inner

driving level ward off valve until two ends of valve is fully

filled by oil.(this operation can be ignored when oil is filled

from the bottom of transformer)

c 拧松排气塞(逆时针)排除阀内空气后拧紧。

Unscrew venting plug anticlockwise and screw it up after air in valve is discharged completely.

d 断流阀与瓦斯继电器之间的连接管须采用柔性管(波纹管)连接。

Connecting pipes between shut-off valve and gas relay must be

corrugated pipes.

e 接线盒内不允许进水,以防短路,必要时另加防雨措施。

Water is not allowed to entering into terminal box es to avoid short circuits, additional rain-proof actions can be taken if

necessary.

3.5 火灾探测装置安装 installation of temperature detector

3.5.1 火灾探测装置安装于变压器顶盖上面最可能引起火灾的地方。即在变压器

盖上用于绕组、控制器、调节器等电接口处。为了能及时有效地进行探测,必须注意以下几点:

Temperature detector shall be installed on the cover of transformer where is easiest to cause fire. The places are electrical interfaces of winding、controller and adjustor etc on the cover of transformer.

In order to detect in time and effectively, following must be noticed:

a 将火灾探测装置水平(卧)装在变压器箱盖以上10~20cm。(见附图4)

Detectors shall be installed above cover of transformer 10~20cm horizontally. (see attached drawing 4)

b火灾探测装置置于线端及防爆门或释放阀附近,离变压器盖外沿0.3m以上,距火源危险处距离最大不超过0.8m

Detectors shall be placed on line end and near explosion door or relief valve, and be away from outer margin of transformer cover for more than 0.3m, and be away from dangerous place of fire source no more than 0.8m.

c火灾探测装置引线应从与其高度相当的接线支架上平行敷设,不能直接敷着于

箱盖。一般说来,中型大小的三相变压器每个线组的两个线圈间每一个

间隔内必须安装一个火灾探测装置,在调节器附近安装一个火灾探测装置。

Leading wire of detector shall be laid parallel from wiring connecting bracket which is at the same height as it, and cannot

be laid on the cover of cabinet directly. Generally speaking, for

medium size three-phrase transformer, one detector shall be

installed in every space between two coils of every winding. Install

a detector near adjustor.

3.6 排油及充氮管道 oil discharge and nitrogen filling pipes

本设备消防柜与变压器之间的相对位置由施工设计确定,因此不提供消

防柜与变压器之间的连接管道,只对管道的规格及走向作必要的说明。

Relative position between fire fighting cabinet and transformer is

determined by detail design, so connecting pipes between them is not

provided, only necessary instructions of pipe specification and route

are provided.

a 管道规格 排油管:φ133×4无缝管

Specification of pipes oil discharge pipe: φ133×4 seamless tube

充氮管:φ32×3.5无缝管

nitrogen filling pipe: φ32×3.5 seamless tube

b 管道走向(见附图5) pipe route (see attached drawing 5)

① 在变压器上部预留排油孔(带蝶阀), 排油孔至消防柜顶部排油进口孔

之间连接φ133×4无缝管,紧靠变压器端安装本设备提供的“油管排气

组件”(附件1),然后连接管道,管道两端用焊接法兰,管道之间、管

道与转向弯头之间对焊。

Spare hole for oil draining with butterfly valve is made on the top

of transformer, connect φ133×4 seamless pipe from oil-drain hole

to oil-drain inlet hole on the top of fire fighting cabinet,

air-drain groupware of oil pipe ( accessory 1) supplied by this

device is installed near the end of transformer, then connect pipes,

welded flanges are used at the two ends of pipes, butt welding is

necessary between pipes 、between pipe and elbow.

② 在变压器下部预留充氮孔(对角各一个,带蝶阀), 充氮孔至消防柜顶部

充氮出口之间连接φ32×3.5无缝管,消防柜只提供一个氮气出口,采

用本设备提供的“氮管排气组件”(附件3)焊接分流(附件3上的阀门

向下),在充氮管的最高处(消防柜氮气出口垂直管至水平管拐弯处),

需安装“氮管排气组件”(附件2)。

Spare hole for nitrogen filling with butterfly valve (every diagonal

anger has one) is made at the bottom of transformer, connect φ32

×3.5 seamless pipe from nitrogen filling hole to nitrogen filling

inlet hole on the top of fire fighting cabinet, only one nitrogen

outlet is provided on the fire fighting cabinet, oil-drain groupware

of nitrogen pipe ( accessory 3) supplied by this device is used to

weld flow distribution (valve on accessory 3 downward), air-drain

groupware of nitrogen pipe ( accessory 2) must be installed on the

top of nitrogen filling pipe which is a turning between vertical tube and horizontal pipe of nitrogen outlet of fire fighti

ng cabinet

③ 消防柜应在变压器预留排油出口端一侧附近就位,消防柜排出的油应

用管道或地沟引向事故油池或变压器油坑。

Fire fighting cabinet should be placed near one side of transformer

where having a spare oil outlet; oil drained from transformer should

be lead to accident oil pool or oil pit of transformer by pipes or

trench.

④ 消防柜顶端氮气出口至附件2的距离,一般为1~1.2米。

The distance between nitrogen outlet on the top of fire fighting cabinet and accessory 2 is general 1 to 1.2 meters.

⑤氮管道分流处距变压器两个充氮口的实际管道长度应基本相等。

The actual lengths of pipes between diffluent points of nitrogen pipes and two nitrogen filling inlets of transformer should be same basically.

⑥管路的布置应尽可能减少弯头数量(减少焊接点)。

The number of elbows should be reduced if at all possible when pipes are laid out ( to reduce welding points).

c 连接要求 connection requirements

①在变压器端、消防柜端、附件3上端用焊接法兰,其余全部对焊。

Welded flanges are used at the end of transformer、the end of fire fighting cabinet and top end of accessory 3, others are butt welded.

②所用管道焊接前,内部必须除锈清洗干净,对接处必须采用氩弧焊或

电焊。

Before all pipes are welded, inside must be cleaned and dust removed, argon-arc welding must be used at joints.

d 除了b项各点要求外,具体走向由施工设计单位根据变压器与消防柜的

相对位置确定,并绘制管道施工图。

Except for requirements of b, detailed route will be designed by construction and design organizations in accordance with relative positions of transformer to fire fighting cabinet, construction drawings of pipes also will be drawn.

4.操作规程 operation instructions

4.1 试验 testing

试验分安装调试试验和例行功能检查试验两类,安装调试试验在设备安装结束首次投运前进行,作为用户进行设备验收的依据。功能检查试验建议按规定周期进行(即每年一次),至少应进行A类功能试验。

There are two types of testing, they are installing-debugging testing and route function inspection testing. Installing-debugging testing shall be carried out before equipment is first put into operation but after finishing installing, and it is the equipment acceptance basis for users. Function inspection testing is suggested to be carried out according to regulated period (once a year), at least A function testing should be carried out.

4.1.1安装调试试验 Installing-debugging testing

(一) 安装调试注意事项 Notes for installing and debugging

1消防柜内的氮气管路和排油阀密封性能在本设备出厂前均经检验合格,地址:江苏省常州市新北区顺园路6号

为了保证本设备能长期可靠地运行,在所有机械及管道安装、系统接线

完毕并经校验正确后,必须再次对上述密封性能进行复查试验,并确认合

格后方能投入运行。具体步骤如下:

Sealing performance of nitrogen pipes and oil-drain valves in fire fighting cabinet is inspected and proved to be qualified before delivery. In order to ensure this device can operate chronically and reliably, re-check test to aforementioned sealing function must be done again after all mechanism and pipe installation、system wiring are finished and verified to be correct. The device cannot be put into operation until it is proved to be qualified by re-check testing. Detailed procedures are as follows:

a 联接氮瓶出口高压软管或高压铜管 (两根)至减压阀进口三通;联接减压

阀出口软管或高压铜管(一根)至氮阀进口(侧面)。联接螺母应充分紧固。 Connect high-pressure soft pipes or high-pressure copper pipes (two) on outlet of nitrogen cylinder to inlet T joint on

pressure-reducing valve; connect outlet soft pipe or high-pressure copper pipe (one) on pressure-reducing valve to inlet of nitrogen valve. Connecting nuts shall be tightened

thoroughly.

b 打开氮瓶主阀,待表计压力稳定后(高压:10~15MPa,低压:0.6~0.8 MPa)

再将氮瓶关闭。

Open main valve of nitrogen cylinder, don’t close nitrogen cylinder until gauge pressure is stable (high pressure: 10~15MPa,

low pressure: 0.6~0.8 MPa).

c 保持1小时,高压表指示值下降≤0.5 MPa。如超过此值,应用肥皂水

检查管路泄漏处并排除之

Keep 1 hour, indicated value showed on high-pressure gauge decreases to equal or less than 0.5 MPa, if above this value, soap

water should be used to check leaking point on pipes and eliminate them.

d 打开排油管上(位于排油阀下部)的检查孔(见附图9),关闭排油阀,用

手检查阀板是否处在水平(关闭)位置(必要时可用重锤带动扇形板调

整),待管内注油时必须再次复查其密封性,不允许有泄漏现象。

Open the observation hole on oil-drain pipe which is in the under part of oil-drain valve (see attached drawing 9), close oil-drain valve, check valve plate to see if it’s in horizontal (closing)

position by hands.(using heavy hammer to drive sector plate to

adjust if necessary,

2必须对断流阀接线盒、火灾探测装置开关、盖板、火灾探测装置穿线螺母等处的防水密封垫进行仔细检查。

Water proof gaskets in terminal box of shut-off valve、switches of detectors、cover plates、threading nuts of detectors etc. must be checked thoroughly.

a 断流阀接线盒盖板密封垫片平整,紧固螺钉不松动。

Gaskets on cover plates of terminal box of shut-off valve shall be smooth, tightening screws are fastened.

b 火灾探测装置开关盖板密封垫片平整,紧固螺钉不松动。

Gaskets on cover plates of detector switches shall be smooth, tightening screws are fastened.

c 火灾探测装置尾部穿线螺母与火灾探测装置本体连接处应充分紧固,不

允许有松动现象。

Threading nuts at the back of detector shall be connected to the body of detector tightly, loosening phenomenon is not allowed.

3必须检查确认断流阀活门处于打开状态,拧松排气塞,排尽阀内空气后拧紧并擦尽溢出油。

Must check and confirm shut-off valve is in open state, unscrew

air-drain valve, screw up valve after draining air in it and wipe

spillage oil.

4必须检查确认火灾探测装置开关全部处在“断开”状态。

Must check and confirm detector switches are all in

“disconnection” state.

5消防控制柜送电“合闸”前,必须确认电源是否符合要求(220V﹒DC)、极性是否正确,送电后应逐个校验排油、氮气释放阀驱动设备状态开关信号

(均包括:锁定、关闭和打开三个开关);氮气高压表下限信号;以及断流

阀、火灾探测装置状态信号。

Before switching in fire fighting cabinet, must confirm if power

supply meets requirements ((220V﹒DC) and polarities are correct;

after switching in, some signals such as mode switching signals from

oil-drain and nitrogen filling valves、lower-limit signals from

nitrogen high-pressure gauges and status signals (including lock、

close and open switches) from shut-off valves and detectors should

be checked one by one.

具体可按下述方法进行:

Details can follow below methods:

①接通电源,并把运行方式开关要到【手动】位置,(【手起动】开关进

行信号检查期间必须处在【复位】位置)。

Power on, put running switch on manual position, manual starter

switch must be in resetting position during signal checking period.

②逐个按动排油、氮气释放阀驱动设备状态开关,除“锁定”信号外,

控制箱上都应有相应指示(【油阀关】、【油阀开】、【氮阀关】和【氮阀

开】,两个“锁定”开关按动时(逐个按动),【系统退出】灯均应显示。

Start up mode switches of oil-drain and nitrogen filling valves one

by one. Except lock signal, relevant indications such as oil valve

close、oil valve open、nitrogen valve close、nitrogen valve open should be shown on the control cabinet, two lock switches shall be

pushed on by one, system exit indicators shall be on.

③把运行方式开关打到【自动】位置,在变压器接线箱内短接火灾探测

装置、断流阀和重瓦斯(如果在现场引入)引线端子,控制箱上都应有

相应指示(断流阀亦可直接用操作手柄使其活门关闭来进行校验),如

果从控制室引入重瓦斯(扩充)接点,则在控制箱引入端短接进行校验。

Put operation switch in automatic position, short cut lead terminals of detectors、shut-off valves and gas relays (if leading in on site) in terminal boxes of transformers, relevant indications should be shown on control cabinet (shut-off valve also can be checked by using operating handle to close its valve), checking will be carried out by short cut at the leading-in end of the control cabinet if heavy gas contacts are leaded in from control room.

④调节氮气高压表下限针(绿色),使其与压力指针接触,控制箱上【氮

压低】灯应显示。

Adjust lower limit needle (green) on nitrogen high pressure gauge to make it contact with pressure needle, nitrogen pressure low indicator should be shown on control cabinet.

6【排油→延时→充氮】动作试验操作步骤如下:

Procedures of operation tests of oil draining、time delay、nitrogen filling are as follows:

①把运行方式开关打到【手动】,解除两阀机械锁定(【系统退出】灯应

熄灭),操作【手起动】旋钮开关,此时排油重锤立即落下打开排油阀

(【油阀关】灯灭,【油阀开】和【报警】灯亮),延时一段时间后,充

氮重锤落下(【氮阀关】灯灭,【氮阀开】灯亮),手动方式试验即告结

束。【手起动】旋钮开关复位,恢复阀门状态。

灯亮),延时一段时间后,充氮重锤落下(【氮阀关】灯灭,【氮阀开】

灯亮),自动方式试验即告结束。把运行方式开关打到【断开】,恢复

阀门状态,并机械锁定。

信号,电磁铁推动支承机构脱扣使重锤失去依托而下落,带动打开排油蝶阀完成开阀动作。

附图7为氮气释放阀驱动设备结构图,氮气释放阀、重锤及闭锁(释放)机构集中于一体。由电磁铁牵引的支承杆(位于电磁铁前端)将重锤(杆)支起“闭锁”,一旦接到“充氮”信号,电磁铁带动支承杆缩进,重锤失去依托而下落,将位于重锤杆根部的充氮阀杆压下,完成开阀操作。

(复位)操作步骤 resetting operation procedures

抬起重锤至上止点,待操作复位拨杆将支承杆拉出后,再将重锤架在

支承杆上。

注意事项 notice

停运及检修期间,应在开阀设备复位后,把锁定插销插入锁定孔(必须

穿过重锤杆孔)。

A类功能试验 A type function test

进行本试验时,变压器必须退出运行。

(一)断流阀试验 shut-off valve test

顺时针转动手柄,使活门关闭,此时【断流阀】信号灯应亮并报警;

恢复到运行状态。如活门两端充满油,手柄脱开后活门自动复位。

灯不灭);操作手动按钮(S2),排油衔铁应动作,延时一段时间后,

充氮衔铁也应动作;恢复到起始运行位置。

4.1.2 B类功能试验 type B function test

进行本试验时,变压器必须退出运行,进行油处理,且腾空油箱,排出

所含气体。

Oil shall be treated and oil tank shall be emptied. Discharge

contained air.

(一)断流阀试验 (同上) test of shut-off valve (same as above)

(二)火灾探测装置 (同上) test of temperature detector (same as

above)

也可用打火机等进行“热”启动,但之后应更换感温玻璃泡。

(三)消防柜试验 test of fir fighting cabinet

关闭变压器端的排油出口蝶阀,同时关闭靠近变压器端的(两个)充氮

进口蝶阀,把运行方式开关打到【自动】;关闭两氮瓶主气阀(或减压

器逆时针方向拧至最松);进行火灾探测装置试验及短接瓦斯接点,

排油衔铁应动作。重锤释放打开排油阀,延时一段时间后排氮衔铁动

作,重锤释放,打开排氮阀;恢复两重锤机构至起始位置,并机械锁

定;恢复阀门起始状态;打开气源,调整输出压力为0.8MPa
