一、花样滑冰介绍 花样滑冰是技巧与艺术性相结合的一个冰上运动项目。在音乐伴奏下，在冰面上滑出各种图案、表演各种技巧和舞蹈动作，裁判员根据动作评分，决定名次。 国际滑冰联盟规定的比赛项目有单人花样滑冰、双人花样滑冰和冰上舞蹈3个项目。 1.单人滑 单人滑包括男子单人滑与女子单人滑两项，技术动作要素包括跳跃、旋转、接续步、燕式步等等。三大类项目中，单人滑对跳跃的要求最高，因此单人滑通常代表了选手能达到的最高跳跃难度。 2.双人滑 双人滑要求一位男选手和一位女选手配合，在冰上表演同步的单人滑动作，及双人滑特有的动作：抛跳（男选手“抛掷”女选手跳跃）、托举（男选手将摆成某种造型的女选手高举过头）、双人旋转（两位选手同时绕一个共同轴心旋转）、螺旋线、捻转等。 3.冰上舞蹈 与双人滑相同，冰舞也要求一位男选手和一位女选手配合。冰舞与双人滑的主要区别在于：冰舞的技术动作不包括跳跃和旋转，托举亦不能过肩。两名选手在近距离保持国际标准舞造型的同时，要紧扣音乐节拍表演复杂多样的步法。 二、冰鞋标准 冰刀根据结构和运动特点大致可分为三类：速滑冰刀、花样冰刀、冰球冰刀。 按技术指标分竞技类冰刀鞋、普级类冰刀鞋。 1.花刀(花样冰刀) ①刀前面有突出的齿，以便于起跳蹬冰和落下、旋转制动。普级类花样冰刀鞋刀齿前倾角不小于10°时允许最下一齿接触冰面，竞技类冰刀不大于10°。花样冰刀后端形状不能出现锐角。 ②花样滑冰动作难度大，对稳定性要求较高，因此鞋腰硬而且高以保护踝关节。花样冰刀鞋、冰球冰刀鞋鞋腰高度应高于内踝25 mm，后帮内侧应紧贴脚踝。花样冰刀鞋、冰球冰刀鞋在低温冲击试验后，各部件均不得出现断裂现象。 ③刀刃较宽中间有沟槽，刀体弧度比较大，以便于小半径转弯做旋转和步法等。 ④⑤鞋与冰刀结合牢固，紧固件无松动。冰刀鞋与冰刀的紧固抗拉力≥2 000N （1KG=9.8N）
