Comply with the Grating Installation and Removal Permit Requirements.
按循序进行作业–安装下一层楼梯或梯子前，在平台上安装好所有的扶手和铺板
Progress the work in sequence – Install all decking and handrails on platforms before installing
stairs or ladders up to the next level.
如果缺少部件，要安装临时的铺板/扶手/盖板
If components are missing install temporary decking / handrails / covers
检查你的安全带并确保它合身。如果发现任何缺陷或损坏要通知你的主管Check your harness
and make sure it is a snug fit. Inform your supervisor if you find any faults or damage.
在高处作业时要始终系上你的安全带。
Always attach your safety harness when working at height.
一个挂钩钩住–另一个挂钩脱开–一个挂钩再钩住–另一个挂钩再脱开！
One hook on - Two hooks on - One hook off – Two hooks on !
100%系挂–尽可能使用在你腰部以上的锚固点
100% Tie-Off - Use anchor points that are above your waist level where possible.
如果没有适当的锚固点–停止作业–回去通知你的主管
If there is no adequate anchor point – STOP – go back and inform your supervisor.
如果在露天钢结构上作业，使用网状编结带以使你更自由的走动
If working on open steel, use a webbing belt attached to your harness, to enable you to move
around more freely.
如果在未完工的平台上作业，要安装救生绳/限制绳并将安全带始终挂在绳上。
If working on incomplete platforms, install lifelines / restricting lines and attach your harness at
all times.
确保在你作业的区域下面有适当的防护栏–随着作业进展移动防护栏。警告在你下方的人员离
开。Make sure the barricade below your work area is adequate –as the work progresses
move the barricade. Warn co-workers below you to move away.
Always secure your tools with a lanyard where there is a danger of them falling below if you

Never leave nuts and bolts lying on platforms, gratings or the web of steel – Keep them in a
bag or bucket.

Always attach a rope to gratings, attached to a secure anchor point at the other end, before
removing or sliding grating into position on open steel.

Always secure grating with wire as soon as they are in position, never leave them unsecured.
就位/抬起钢构件时要注意到可能的夹持点
Be aware of pinch points when positioning / levering steelwork ready for bolting up.
焊接电缆线和气体软管要远离走道和楼梯
Keep welding cables and gas hoses out of walkways and off staircases.
一边作业一边清洁作业区域Clean up your work area as you progress with your work.
向你的主管人员报告任何事故，事件，不安全行为或不安全状况
Report any accidents, incidents, unsafe acts or unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
吊具、倒链、钢丝绳有任何缺陷/损坏，要立即向你的主管人员报告 Report all defects / damage
to lifting gear, chain hoists, slings etc. to your supervisor immediately.
