*Use Squeegee moving Rail with special method and there are little noise.
*Adapted double Table method to do fast,accurate pint adjustment .being made with special material, its large in size and light in weight and good at leveling.
*In light of pretection of worker,attached safety device for Side Frame. *Its easy to adjust to 0-40T of the printing level,its convenient to use.

2. Set up of machine and operation method
2-1) Set up of machine
*Move printing machine safely to setting site of working place,put horisontal gauge on printing
Table, use Bolt as picture and adjust level of machine.
( (After adjustment, completely lock on "Lock Nut"

2-2)Set up of Electricity
*Electricity is three phase 380V,at the wall side of nearest place,set up No Fuse Breaker(N.F.B) Switch.
(If reverse turn on motor,it can be cause malfunction of printing machine,let electricity be wired at the phase of electric power.
*Confirm direction of turning
Confirm by Vacuum Motor.Consecutively turn on Vaccum Switch,make sure the statues of
Table's absorbement and if it pulls products its normal.
*When turning is reverse,switch R.S Phase among R.S.T Phase.
*The volume of Air usage is above 10Liter/minutes(6kgf/cm),tighten Air Hose to Nipple of front-left side Air Unit(picture 2)machine

2-3)Check machine before operation
*Remove completely foreign object(packing material,oil,anti-rust substance) attached to printing machine .
*On the Surface of Screen or Table,could be oil,so clean it with clothes. 2-4)Operating panel(Control Panel)

1) Emergency Switch
*When pressed Manual/Auto,all movements stops.

2) Counter
*It’s a device indicating working load.
3) Counter On/Off Switch
*In Cycle operation,use it when exclude from working load.(When in NG or Sample work)
4) Pin On/Off Switch(Option)
*In cycle operation,it’s a switch for selection of use of Guide Pin which is setted on the Table.
5) Power Switch
*Its Power On/Off Select Switch.(light on and Lamp lights up.)
6) Manu/Auto Select Switch
*As regard to selection of Manual(Manu),Can adjust the movement of machine individually with
each switch.
*at (Auto),operate Start Switch(NO 11) or foot switch,and it operates 1 Cycle.
7) Printing frequency and selected Switch.
* It’s a switch for selecting Printing frequency.
8) Vacuum Select Switch
*(AUTO) Position do absortion accouring to the need of auto operation.
*(CONT)Consecutive position will absorbe without relation to Auto or Manual.
9) Printing position(S/Q Position) selecting Switch
*It’s a switch decides Squeegee stop position(Left,Right).After Cycle operations.
10) Printing Wad(Carrier)Up/Down Switch
*If press Auto or manual one time,it rises and when repress it lowers.
(Use when escape from squeegee,scraper)
11) Auto operating Switch
*When do Cycle operation,its operating Switch in which it uses)
12) Table Wait Switch
*In Cycle operation,it temperarilly stops Table's Backward movement.(Use when refilling ink)
13) Squeegee Up/Down Switch
*Only When No.5 Switch is manual,it moves and pressed one time it lowers and pressed again it rises.
14) Squeegee Right Switch
*Manual operation only operates when its not in Cycle Operation(Auto) statues.
*When its manual,press one time and than right,if press again it stops.
15) Scraper Up/Down Switch
*When No.6 Switch is manual,it moves and press again,it lowers and repressed and it rises.

16) Squeegee Left Switch
*Manual operation works when its not in Cycle operation(Auto) Statues.
*When its manual,press one time than Left,repressed and it stops.
17) Table Backward Switch
*Only operats when its in Manual(Manu).
*Pressed one time it moves Backward.
18) Table Forward Switch
*It moves when its in Manual(Manu).
*Pressed one time and it moves Forward.
19) Frame Up/Down Switch
*It operates when its in Manual(Manu).
*When it has risen,press one time it lowers and press again it rises.
20) Frame Down Switch(Max,Down)
*When its not Cycle movement,it moves.(Manu)
*It lowers to the most only while its pressed.
(Switch movements main point ; press it until it stops movement)
21) Frame Maximum Up Switch(Max.Up)
*When its not Cycle Movement,it operates.(Manu)
*Pressed one time Maximum .up and it operates.
22) Feel-off Contact Volume
*When print,use it accourding to cosvisity of ink,adjust the gap of printing material.
(When do not use,put Volume Speed at Zero and use it.)
23) Coating Speed Volume
*Can adjust Coating Speed Volume up to 0.1-0.8m/sec,if turn it clockwise,it will be speedified.
24) Printing Speed Volume
*Can adjust Printing Speed Volume up to 0.1-0.8m/sec,if turn it clockwise,it will be speedified.
25) Squeegee Pressure adjust handle.
*If turn to right,the pressure rises.
26) Squeegee pressure device
*Indicate Squeegee pressure.
27) Foot Switch
*Foot Switch is absorbing when No.6 Switch was at Automatic position and machine operates.

3. Set up plate
*The set up of plate:put up on front and back Frame,Confirm if printing material and Pattern match or not, use Clamp and fix it with hand.
4. Position of Plate
*It's recommended that starting point of printing material is approximately 150 mm from inner side of plate and width is approximatelly 130mm and finish printing the completion place of printing is also approximately 150mm.
5. Screen Frame Up/Down
*The distance from plate and printing material are to be adjusted suitably when print thick printing material like injected goods or very thin material like film moving Screen Frame to upper/lower side. *Adjust it using Bolt on both side of Frame.
6. Setting of the Table guide
*When completed setting of Plate,put original documents
or material on Table,Watch from top of plate,adjust
original documents on Table approximately and attach
guide(Use Tape or Adhesive).
*There are no fixed shape or method concerning Screen
print characteristics when adjusting Screen printing guide.

*Table was made to the largest size of print,so,when print small printing material,block absorbing hole w here print material don’t reach to make complete absortion possible,making it able to do precision

printing or prevent it from glued on plate.
8. Adjustment of printing positions *Look downfrom the top of plate and through plate,letting plate pattern correspondent with original documents placed on table,by adjusting with forward and backward movement of Table.
At thins time,if do absortion consecutively,printing material will not move and it is very convenient. *Can adjust position by moving forward and backward maximum +/-8mm.
9. Squeegee set up and adjustment of printing pressure.
Shanghai Shuoxing Screen Printing Equipment Co. LTD *When setting *Squeegee and Scraper,put fixing Clamp on Bar and push Squeegee to the left or to right,adjusting it to plate position,and fix it with fixing Clamp.
*As concerning Squeegee Angle,Adjust angle by loosing Clamp Bolt of either side of Bar. When finished Adjustment,refix Clamp Bolt.

*Adjust the pressure of Squeegee and Scraper accourding to Conditions, turning
to left and right side of the Squeegee pressure adjuting nob and Scraper pressure adjusting handle.
*When turn Squeegee and Scraper nob,pull nob to upper direction and when released locking device, can do adjustment.
*Turn nob to right and it lowers(pressure up) and turn to left and it ups(pressrue lowers).
*When completed adjustment,press nob to fix it.
10. Adjust of printing Stroke
* It's on Top of Frame and by two(A,B)
proximity switch,Can adjust the stop
position of Squareage and Scraper as
wished.
*Before setting up Squeegee and Scraper,
Check to Confirm to see if the moving parts
of Squeegee moves in the range of plate.
11. Adjust Squeegee and Scraper.
*Can adjust the speed of Squeegee and Scraper b;y the speed adjusting volume switch of
Squeegee and Scraper.
*When turn volume to right,it speedifies and when turn to left,it slows.
12. Feel Off-contact
*The more the gap of plate and printing material is small the more it is ideal,so keep the gap
narrow as much as possible,and starting from where Squeegee is passed,separate plate and printing material,avoiding printing material stuck to plate and let printing line do not come out in double,and prevent spreading ,let print clear and that's the Aim of Off-Contact.
*Lifting amount is adjusted by the Volume on the operating panel.

13. Safety device
*For the sake of safety of operator,this
Machine has attached with safety device
(Pig 7) and It operates when Frame is
maximum up.
14. Lubrication of Oil in printing machine
*Must keep clean each point of lubrication all the time,and please fill in Oil of Table 3.
