北京外国语大学考研复试面试指导 北外考研复试不仅是专业知识的考察,更是对一个人的气质和修养的考察,一个人的气质修养尤其在人与人交流过程当中的点滴流露出来。因此我们不仅需要注意积累知识,更要掌握一些礼仪和微表情,这样会为我们的复试锦上添花。 1.杀人微笑 考场是一个非常严肃紧张的场合,考官在考场内一天的静坐会让考场更加的低气压。考生在进入考场前的紧张是不言而喻的,所以在进入考场后面部表情会更加的僵硬。这样无法让考官给予我们一个“阳光,具有亲和力”的认定。因此在考场问好时,考生尽量应当做到适度微笑,在答题过程中可以根据题目内容漏出微笑。这样不仅会一定程度上缓解考生的压力,也可以让考官能够放松一点。 2.眼神交流 面试概念中一直强调的一个问题就是“面对面的交流”,但是因为受传统的“应试教育”的影响,但凡有“试”这个字,考生就无法把考场真正当做一个交流的场合。因此在考场会表现出非常不好的眼神礼仪,主要有向上看、向下看、眼神游离闪烁不定三种情况。这3种情况其实都是由于考生的不自信造成的。没有一个坚定的、肯定的眼神,考官的注意力也无法被考生长时间的抓住,即使答题的内容再丰富,再吸引人,考官也会怀疑进入单位后考生与人沟通交际的能力。因此考生在答题时,一定要与考官有一定的眼神交流。通常考生不敢交流的最主要的原因在于直视考官的眼睛会害怕导致答题思路中断,这里教给各位考生一个方法--不需直视考官的眼睛(一直盯着人看也是非常不礼貌的),可以看考官的鼻梁位置。这样避免紧张,也与考官有一定程度的交流。 3.认真倾听并给予回应 所有面试考试开始前,考官都会读一段引导语给考生,考生一般都会在这时做出错误的反应,即是坐下来就拿着笔准备记录。但是倾听是尊重他人的基础表现,并且未来工作中非常重要的一个能力,因此,建议各位考生,入座后认真倾听主考官说的每一句话,并给予适当的点头或语言回应。 4.眉目传神热情自信 一般说来,眼睛表现出自卑、自信、诚实和伪装。在你进门之后,面试者会
