Tuesday, 1st September
I had mixed feelings today, nervous, worried, happy, excited… My heart went down when Miss Chan, our head teacher, said that Matthew and Beth, two students from England, would spend three months with us!
I was worried that I had to speak English so much! But at the end of the school day, I was happier than I thought: the morning with them today was more enjoyable than I expected.
Today is the most unforgettable first day I have had! Matthew is fantastic! His English is clearer and easier to listen to than I thought. The other English student, Beth, is the most helpful girl I’ve ever met. There were lots of things to do on the first day. Beth offered to help Miss Chan put up all the notices. Of course, some of the credit (功劳) should also go to ME because I translated some of the notices for her. Miss Chan praised us!
We finished all the preparations 10 minutes earlier than expected, then Beth and I talked for a while, Matthew sang several English songs and did some stand-up comedy (单人喜剧表演) at the party. We all praised him. When the bell rang to end the first school day, none of us wanted to leave.

Even in early time, people could realize the important of dreams and knew that dreams gave meaning to life. Every great achievement has been the result of years of dreaming. If a person has a dream and holds fast to it, he or she will find a way to bring it into reality (现实).

浅谈初中毕业班英语复习教学 李慧芳 （新疆自治区博州温泉县初级中学 新疆 温泉 ８３３５００） 摘要：初中毕业班是整个初中阶段的重要一年，尤其是下半年是最关键的半年。为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩，我在教学中尝试了一些教学方法。 关键词：初中；毕业班；英语复习 中图分类号：Ｇ６３３．４１ 文献标识码：Ｂ 文章编号：１６７２－１５７８（２０１３）０１－００４０－０１ １．树立信心，明确目标 信心是动力，目标是方向。由于时间短、任务重，学生在复习中将会遇到许多困难，因此，信心十足、目标明确是成功地进行英语教学的一个重要因素。首先，教师要上好课，备好课，吃透教材，抓住重点、难点，做到有的放矢；其次，教师要采用灵活多变的教学方法，提高授课效率，注重授课艺术，活跃课堂气氛，激发学习兴趣。 我在教学过程中，注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透，寓思想素质教育于知识教育之中，让学生认识到学英语的重要性，鼓励学生树立远大的理想，努力学好英语。 ２．运筹帷幄，制定计划 根据学生三年来的学习情况，我在初三上学期末制定了三轮复习策略： ２．１ 第一轮复习阶段：基础知识的整合与巩固（１月到４月下旬）。以三年来的课本为主线，以课标和《中考说明与指导》为依托，以早读和高效课堂为抓手，以自习课为主要辅导阵地，配合指定用书，本着“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。通过整合归纳语言点，吃透语言点的运用，对各章节话题的知识要点进行重点梳理，同时通过配套练习，培养学生运用英语知识的能力。 ２．２ 第二轮复习阶段：专题复习（５月上旬到５月下旬）。在这一阶段我们严格按照课标要求，根据《中考说明与指导》，将里面的完型、阅读、动词、写作以及《中考英语备战策略》相关题型精选精做。在复习过程中，每复习完一个项目后，进行一次总结，找出学生仍存在的共性问题，再加以补缺。同时听力、词汇和口语仍然分散在每节课中或早读时间，听说读写训练全面跟进。 ２．３ 第三轮复习阶段：模拟测试与综合性训练复习（５月下旬到６月上旬）。模拟测试是考前大练兵，是中考前的大热身练习阶段。可运用一些模拟题，模拟考试时间、考场要求、答题方式等，对学生进行应考、应试技巧的练习，培养学生的临场发挥能力和应变能力，主要目的是适应中考要求，提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养学生审题解题的能力。 ３．注重过程，及时调整 在各轮复习中我以及我们初中英语教研组主要做了以下工作： 在第一轮复习中，要求同学们天天坚持按计划复习，勤记单词、词组、句型和要点。对于固定词组和习惯用语要背诵并能够默写，并通过不断反复练习，采取归纳总结、对比等方法，达到举一反三的效果。针对重点课文要求重点分析，达到会背、会运用（动词及写作）。 在第二轮复习中，我们不是单纯地去做题，而是遵循精讲精练的原则，做到“讲———练———评”相结合，既要帮助学生理解题目与题目之间的联系，又要教学生解题技巧。同时又针对历年中考题型及考点进行强化训练，使学生在答题时做到灵活运用、触类旁通、举一反三。为了能够提高学生的写作能力，要求同学们天天坚持背诵或摘录名句、名段和名篇，揣摩它的写作手法。我们规定学生每周至少写两篇限时作文，对于每篇习作做到全批全改，之后要进行评讲，要求学生展示优秀范文，以达到智慧共享的效果。 在第三轮复习中，模拟测试是考前大练兵，是中考前的大热身练习阶段。可运用一些模拟题，模拟考试时间、考场要求、答题方式等，对学生进行应考、应试技巧的练习，培养学生的临场发挥能力和应变能力，主要目的是适应中考要求，提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养学生审题解题的能力。 ４．加强课外辅导 英语学习是语言的学习，因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读、多讲、多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正；课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生及时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取了强制背诵等方式，协助他们养成良好的习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。 ５．帮助学生树立自信心，做好考前心理辅导 进入紧张的复习阶段，同学们会感到学习任务重了，压力很大，特别是一些英语学习困难的同学，更感到不知所措。针对具体不同的学生，在考前十天左右，我会不断适时对学生进行心理辅导和加强必胜信心的教育，给予不同的心理辅导，排除他们的紧张心理，帮助他们建立信心，寻找适合自己提高学习效率和提高学习成绩的方法。 ６．人人反思，认真列出考前必看清单 在学习中反思才能在反思中不断成长。为了确保学生们＂不带伤＂进入考场，我要求每个学生利用晚自习课和双休日的好机会，务必反思复习中的知识死角（查毒），列出清单对照逐个解决（杀毒），反复训练加以巩固（排毒）。事实证明，这种工作虽然辛苦，但效果十分明显，深受学生们的欢迎认可；同时这种“十年磨一剑”般的经历也能为复习备考工作锦上添花，保证学生们信心满满地在中招考场上充分“亮剑” 。 — ０ ４ —

初三毕业班英语教学工作总结 中考已顺利结束，回顾这学期的教学，感触颇多。在初三下学期短短的四个多月时间里，既要上完初三下学期第六册的课本内容，还要复习初一至初三五册课本系统的复习。英语的知识点很零碎，既要复习词汇、语法、句型，又要通过几轮的复习来提高听说读写能力，若在初三没有周密的计划和安排，要想在学生原有的基础上再提高他们的能力很难。以下是我本学期复习过程中的教学方法及体会。 一、制定一个合理的复习计划。本学期，本人依然担任初三英语备课组长和初三（2）班的英语教学工作。初中英语有六本教材，内容繁多，但复习时间非常紧迫。本学期初用七周的时间来复习六册课本内容，所剩复习时间已经不多，计划大致分为三个阶段： 第一阶段：模块复习，即基础知识复习。以课本教材为纲，先从初一复习起，将课本中重点的单词、短语、句型、语言项目进行知识梳理并注意归纳，同时抓题目的训练以巩固复习的知识。好的学生要求建立纠错本，把复习过程中存在的问题和易错题写下来，并进行类似题目的强化训练。 第二阶段：语法复习。这一阶段以学生复习为主，教师总结为辅，即学生课前先复习并做题，按老师要求划出关键词并找出正确的答案，上课时只要学生能正确回答老师问的问题，就说明学生已经掌握该内容，充分发挥学生的主观能动性。对照《英语中考突破》的要求，所复习的内容包括冠词、名词、代词、数词、形容词、副词、介词、连词、动词、各类句式等。对学生不够熟练的重点讲，比如动词的时态语态、形容词副词，学生在运用时都比较容易出错。每复习一个项目，都利用多媒体创设与知识点相关的问题展示出来，并结合中考题型专项练习。通过这一阶段的复习，使学生对每项内容得以全面、系统地巩固和提高。时间为30天，即5月初到5月底。 第三阶段：综合练习。方法：一、将所复习的内容进行综合训练，紧扣广东中考的题型；精选几套与中考难度相当的试卷进行测试，讲练结合。对学生的薄弱点及时分析和总结。通过对学生限时测试，使他们把所学的知识上升为综合运用能力，逐步适应中考的要求。同时对我区各地市历年的中考试卷、试题类型结构加以认真研究，筛选搜集有用的复习资料，帮助引导学生总结。时间为6月上旬至6月20日。二、重视学生基础知识虽然是初三复习阶段，但历届中考题很多知识点都考初一、初二的知识点，因此，帮助学生回忆并打好初一初二的基础知识尤其重要。遇到重要的词汇或语法，与学生认真地复习一遍，通过重读课文，提高他们的阅读理解能力。在平时的考试中，学生容易在基础题上失分，原因就在于基础不牢。在词汇方面，由于这届学生基础都不是很好，我还是照样采取听写式，定时定量地安排听写时间，对中等生以上的学生应该会有较大的促动力。在语法方面，研究近几年考的语法的题目，尽可能把主要精力放在知识的重点、难点以及考点上，不浪费复习时间，并通过课堂提问、讨论、分析、对比、归纳、整理等形式，总结出每种题型的做题规律，让学生少走弯路。三、提高学生的做题及写作能力在复习阶段，学生做题能力的提高是个大问题，特别是写作能力。要想取得高分必须在阅读和写作方面多下功夫。因此要求中等生以上的学生坚持每天至少做一篇的阅读题，一个星期写一篇书面表达。对作文比较薄弱的学生每次测试后的作文必须再重写并给老师面批。一段时间训练后，果然测试中怕

初中英语毕业班 近几年来，各省市地区在致力于中考英语试题的改革，尤其是本市从去年的中招试题来看，其试题容量大、覆盖面广，要求也愈来愈高，渐渐与高考试题接轨，不仅加强了对英语基础知识的考查，更突出了对运用知识的能力的考查。我们英语备课组根据近几年中考试题新特点及学生实际情况，采取“三轮复习法”作为毕业班的总复习计划，“三轮复习法”要求先全面学习，后进行重点复习和适应性考试复习。做到着眼全面，突出重点，点面结合，把全面复习和重点复习有机结合起来。这样既系统全面又有所侧面的复习，能使学生较好地掌握所学的知识考出优异成绩。 第一轮复习阶段针对学生对已学基础知识，因时间久，部分已遗忘的共性，本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。这一阶段应按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时应注重基础词汇、词组、句型的过关（从近几年中招试题看，逐渐加强词汇、词组的考查）并通过配套练习、复习检测形成能力。 在复习过程中，还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复习效果。如做到：（一）根据复习内容，布置适量的难度适中的练习；（二）循环考试，即每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。
第二轮复习要求突出重点，牢固掌握。在总揽教材，学生对基础知识掌握得比较扎实基础上，相应地提高要求，进行系统整理消化，抓住重点，加深理解，强化记忆。要求学生对那些在教材中多次出现和辅导教材中一再提及，反复强调部分，应视为重点，格外加以注意。同时有针对性地指导学生记忆的方法，培养记忆能力。第二轮复习直接关系到中考的效果。知识掌握不系统、内容混淆互相干扰，解题时应会判断失误，做错题目。这要求教师在这一阶段复习过程中防止简单的重复，反对面面俱到，而是遵循精讲多综的原则，做到讲——练——评结合。既要教学生解题要领，帮助学生理解题目与题目之间的联系，同时又针对历年中考题型强化训练，使学生在答题时做到灵活运用，触类旁通，举一反三。从中考题型来看，近年来对听、读、写能力的考查份量逐渐加强。今年听力的考查分数增加到30分，因此在复习的过程中有必要进行适量的听力强化练习，不能光顾着对语言的归纳总结而忽视了听的能力的训练。再有从这几年的试题看逐渐加强了对阅读能力的综合考查。从动词填空，到看图填空，完形填空，阅读理解（增加到四篇）都是从短文的形式出现，这说明了试题不仅要求学生掌握所学的词汇和语法知识，还要求学生结合文章大意对其进行综合运用能力。因此这几类题型有必要进行专门性的操练。值得一提的是书面表达这是一种新型的试题，因此在第一、二轮复习过程中应该多加练习，逐渐培养学生的写作能力，如可以要求学生缩写课文大意，写日记，或适当对一些图表进行写作练习。 第三轮是考前指导与适应性训练，主要目的是适应中考要求，提
