The conventional mode of water supply can not be without a water storage pool,the water therein is usually supplied by a tap water pipe network, in this way the pres-sured water becomes non-pressure when going into the pool, causing a lot of energy wasted.

ZWL micro-computerized non-suction pressure constant-flow water supply equipment is completed one capable of directly connecting with the water pipe netork, producing no side effect to the network, replacing the impounded re-servoir,directly supplying water or by way of relay by fully using the pressure of the network avoiding secondary po-

llution and energy waste greatly saving the construction investment and shortening the construction phase. The e-quipment consists of a converter control cabinet, a flow stabilizing tank, the pump unit, meters, valve pipeline unit etc.and issuitable for the water supply system of a tap water pipe network ans required to boost the water pressure and make the flow constant.

1. No need of water pool, saving both fund and energy

5.Advanced product and reliable quality

the accessories used with ZWL series equipment have been screened among many manufacturers and therefore hold a reliable quality. The main overflow parts are made of sus304 stainless steel and,eveen the flow stabilizing tank made of common carbon steel,its internal wall is also co-ated with the advanced 841 epoxy polyamide cating for the internal wall of food containers for anticorrosion.the products conform with the provisions in living and drin-king water sanitation supervising & managing method and the key parts inside of the products,relay and miniature pneumatic tank, are those of the world and domestic well-known brands.

6.Personalized design,showing a distinctive style

Upon the features of multi-floor buildings,ZWLseries equipment is equipped with a by-pass pipe (omissible for multiple pump units) and aminiature pneumatic tank. When the pressure of the tap water pipe nework can meet with the water used demand, the system supplies water directly through the by-pass pipe and, in the pump switchover proc-ess, the pmeumatic tank acts as constant-pressure.

Once the equipment is put into use, the water from the tap water pipe network goes into the flow-stabilizing tank,the air inside of the tank is exhausted from the vacuum remover, which will automatically close after being full of water. The system supplies water to the water pipe network directly through the by-pass pipe when the net-work

s pressure and flow satisfies the demand of use and,

while not, the pressure signal of the system is feedback to the converter controller via the remote pressure gauge, the water pump starts running and automatically adjusts the rotating speed upon the water quantity being used to get to constant-pressure water supply . I f the running pump gets to the power frequency rotating speed, then another one starts converter running.when the pump supplies water, the system forms relayed water supply if the supplied water quantity from the tap water pipe network is more than the pump

s flow; at the peak use of water,when the said

quantity is lower than the said flow,water supply can be still normal with the water inside of the flow stabilizing tank as a supplementing water source. At this time,air goes into the tank via the vacuum remover to have the vacuum destroyed to make sure of non-suction pressure formed with the network; after the peak use of water, the system resets to the status of relayed water supply. When the net-work stops supply to cause the level inside of the tank continually lowering,the level detector feedbacks the signal to the converter controller and the pump automatically stops to protect the pump unit.

TJ2311.The basic dimension for the equipment should be const- ructed according to the basic drawing supplied by the manufacturer and both location and height should be in line with the requirements for engineering design and in Quality requirements for equipments basic dimensions and locations of TJ231.

1.Before use,turn the rotor of the water pump with hand to see if there is friction, jam etc. Conditions.

2.Check the insulation of the motor with a 500V low-vol- tage megger, which should be

0.5m .

3.No damages with the control meters and lines.

4.Fully open the inlet valve and close the outlet valve, open the exhaust valves one by one and then close them when the pump cavity is full of liquid.

5.Turn the commutator to the manual position and take an idle spot movemenr of the water pump,its running dire- ction should be same as the marked arrow.

6.Manually start or stop pumps one by one to check the running condition (Refer to the operation instructions of the pump).

1.Make up the equipment overally before putting it into use to prevent it from damage due to foreign matters going into the pump casing.

2.Do not let the water pump run for a long time with the outlet valve fully closed and at the hump of the perfor- mance curve, still more,run idle.10-20drops/min leak is allowed for the root-twisted seal,used as the shaft seal, and 2-3 drops/min leak for the mechanical one.

3.The bearing s temperature at runing should not be over 75

.

4.Lubricate bearings once every 500h of wate pumps run-ning.

5.Necessary measures have to be taken in case of a long- time stop of the equipment to prevent it from getting dirty and rusted, plus warming and anti-freezing ones if in winter.

6.Carry out a periodic sewage drainage upon the water nature for the equipment under running.

2.Make leveling after the equipment is in place and both horizontal and vertical levelnesses should be less than 0.1%.

3.After leveling, make secondary grouting for the basis with exdpanding cement and keep it for 24h ,then fit pipes.
