大家早上好，今天我演讲的题目是《坚定信念，超越自我》。

她，盲聋哑集于一身的弱女子竟然毕业于哈佛大学，并用生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福，被评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。理想和信念像熊熊燃烧的烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，帮助她飞上云天。
从某种意义上说，人不是活在物质世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想与信念之中。对于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗饭，一杯水就可以了;但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有远大的理想和坚定的信念。
理想信念使贫困的人变成富翁，使黑暗中的人看见光明，使绝境中的人看到希望，使梦想变成现实。
下面我给大家讲一个故事：
浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。水就是他们赖以生存的信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办
队长从腰间取出一个水壶，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水!但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”
沉甸甸的水壶从队员们的手中依次传递，原来那种濒临绝望的脸上又显露出坚定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撑他们踉跄着，一步一步地向前挪动。看着那水壶，他们抿抿干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。
终于，他们死里逃生，走出茫茫无垠的沙漠，大家喜极而泣之时，久久凝视着那个给了他们信念支撑的水壶。
队长小心翼翼地拧开水壶盖，缓缓流出的却是一缕缕沙子。他诚挚地说：“只要心

大家好!我来自小学，跨入教师行列仅10余年的岁月，10余年的教学历程，风雨兼程，有得有失。回首往事，我领悟到：是教师神圣的责任感和对学生的一片真诚的爱，伴随我一次次迎接挑战，一次次超越自我!今天我的演讲题目就是：迎接挑战超越自我。
记得初为人师，我很胆小，没有自信，不懂方法，更没有经验。曾经有孩子问我：“老师，1+1为什么要等于2呢”当时我都不知道该用什么办法才能让他理解;还记得那时课前总是写出非常详细的教案，甚至在课前还要记一记，先做什么，再做什么。我努力去做了，可总达不到我预想的效果，我时时反思着：为什么我不能像当年教我的老师那样在课堂上挥洒自如呢我很困惑，我每上完一节课，我都在琢磨，今天有什么收获又有什么教训下节课我该怎样改进于是，我有意识地加强自己教学基本功的训练，虚心地向身边的老师们学习教书育人的技能技巧，学习他们的成功经验，再把我教学中遇到的问题向他们请教。我渐渐的意识到要了解自己的
学生，关注学生，选择适合学生的方法进行教学才是最佳的。我发现孩子们学得轻松多了，愉快多了，我自己也好开心;我还发现以往总觉得顽皮的学生，原来是那样天真、那么可爱。看着一张张纯真的笑脸，看着一双双渴望求知的眼睛，我在心里下定决心，我要尽我的所能把他们教好，这是我的责任，是我作为一名教师的责任。
在我从教的第3个年头里，青年教师赛课活动在全县展开，我参加了比赛。记得当时我很犹豫，那可是比赛，下面有那么多领导，还有那么多有经验的老师都在看着我，我敢站到那个讲台上去上课吗学校领导给我鼓劲：“不要怕，年轻人要勇于挑战自我，自我磨炼!不要自己把自己吓倒。”在领导和老师们的鼓励和帮助下，我获得了第一名。这次荣誉的获得，让我备受鼓舞，我要继续努力，做好准备，迎接各种挑战，我要让我的教书生涯有声有色。
在接下来的几年里，我结了婚，有了家，也有了自己的孩子，但家庭的拖累并没有让我对自己肩负的责任有所放松，反而有一种更强的责任感让我去努力工作。因为我强烈地意识到我的孩子需要受到更好的教育，还有千千万万和我的孩子一样的孩子也渴望享受到更好的教育，记得一位家长说：“现在我们比什么呀，比自己的钱多少吗不是，我们比谁家的孩子素质好!”是啊，孩子才是未来，孩子才是希望，我作为一名教师，深感责任的重大。于是，在工作的间歇，
在干完家务活的空档，我都不忘把教学中的点点滴滴在头脑中反思、总结，整理，一篇篇教学论文就是这样慢慢的磨出来的。
然而，就在我教学工作基本上得心应手的时候，我却经历了一次病痛，一次差点让我失去我热爱的“教师职业”的病痛。
我本有一副好嗓子，在学生时代，偶尔在同学们面前一展歌喉，也能博得阵阵喝彩。但是经过这几年的讲台高歌，渐渐的嗓子变的嘶哑，还经常疼痛，到后来发声都成了困难。到医院做检查，诊断为“双侧声带息肉”，医生建议手术治疗，除去息肉，恢复声带正常振动发出声音。身边的人为此议论开了：有人说要除去声带上的息肉，这个手术可不能马虎，一定要找技术好的医生;还有人说如果手术中出现什么意外，会是什么结果听着大家的议论，我很着急，我不想成为哑巴，我更不想因此离开刚刚爱上的教育事业。我在心里问自己：我要做手术吗手术能成功吗我真的会成哑巴吗我要因此失去继续与孩子们一起学习的机会吗
经过前思后想，经过亲人和众多好心人的多方打听和咨询，最终我作了手术。通过前后两次激光手术，成功去除了我左右声带上的息肉，经过一段时间的休息，我又能重返讲台和孩子们一起学习。我好高兴啊!我要感谢我的领导、同事、亲人给我的安慰和照顾，感谢现代高超的医学技术让
我没有失去我热爱的教师职业，我更要感谢在我生病期间默默为我祝福的孩子们。
记得手术前后，我的声音都很小，我担心孩子们听不见，但他们却听得格外认真，很多时候我的一个手势，一个眼神替代了我的语言，可孩子们依然能够领会，我为他们能这样的懂事，能这样的理解我而感动。手术后医生嘱咐说：一周内一句话也不能讲，否则会影响声带的恢复。孩子们悄悄的来看我，一颗糖轻轻的塞进我的嘴里：一个苹果放在了我的手上;几个自己也舍不得吃的鸡蛋放在桌上，人却一溜烟儿就跑了;还有的给我送来自己亲手做的小礼物;最让我感动的是一个同学笑眯眯的递给我一张卡片，我打开一看，上面写着：“老师，祝你早日康复，我们等着你”。我紧紧拉着小姑娘的手，只有使劲地点头，眼泪早已不听话，滚落在孩子红红的脸蛋上。我在心里为自己鼓气，我要好起来，要快快的好起来，孩子们需要我。
在病假休息的日子里，我为全班五十多位同学每人准备了一张小卡片，在每一张卡片上为我的学生写下一句句激励的话语，也寄托了我对他们的深切期望。在我重返讲台的第一节课里，我把卡片分发给他们，他们手捧小小的卡片，在同伴们面前炫耀，“看，这是老师送我的礼物”然后把它小心翼翼的收藏起来。此刻，我真真切切的感受到：我为孩子们的付出得到了丰厚的回报。
10余年的教育生涯，有苦，也有乐;有付出，也有回报：在新课程实施的三年里，我先后四次承担县级教学研究课，多篇教学论文在县、市教学论文评比中获奖;XX年教师节县教育局表彰为“优秀教师”;XX年参加资阳市信息技术现场课件制作大赛获二等奖;所承担班数学成绩三年来均居全乡第一名。
“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。”就算有一天，我不能再站在讲台上为孩子们传道、授业、解惑，我一定会将我从教的酸甜苦辣和喜怒哀乐的音符铭记下来，因为它也是我人生路上的一笔不可多得财富;我也希望我在燃烧自己照亮别人的同时也照亮我自己，让我更有信心去迎接挑战，不断的超越自我!实现我的人生价值!

我们的国家也是因为有了前辈们的青春奉献，才不需要在为人类解放而斗争。生活在这个和平的年代里，我们庆幸，我们感恩。作为一个新时代的年轻人，一个平凡的年轻人，我所能做的，就是怀着一颗感恩的心，在平凡的工作岗位上，兢兢业业，无私奉献，不断超越，实现自我价值和社会价值的统一。
具体到我现在所从事的药师工作，虽然平凡，但是责任重大。药品是特殊的商品，它直接关乎人的生命健康。药房是一个医院向社会展示其形象的窗口，药师是联系医|||生和病人的桥梁。医生开具的处方，经过我们的审核调配以后，就要发到病人的手中，因此我们的工作是不容有失的。门诊药房工作量比较大，压力也比较大，这就要求我们必须
具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，把为病人解除病痛作为自己的崇高使命。在工作中，首先要保证调剂的准确，对医师处方中出现的问题也绝对不能含糊，对错误处方拒绝调配，并且及时沟通。和医生共同努力，最终为病人的生命健康保驾护航。
如今的年代，医院药房不再单纯的以药品为中心，而是要以病人为中心，竭诚为每一为病人服务。我们需要进一步的提高服务质量，尽可能的为每一位病人做用药指导，想病人之所想，急病人之所急，在服务上不断有所超越。业余时间，我会积极地充实自己，提高自己的业务水平，趁年轻的时候，多学习，多接触临床，争取在医院发展临床药学的大潮中贡献自己的一份力量，实现自我，超越自我。
刚刚过去的这个夏天属于奥运，其间我的心被无数次的感动和震撼。感动于奥运会和残奥会上志愿者们周到细致的服务，他们正是当代的一群奉献青春的楷模。还感动于四十多岁的李宁在艰辛排练后吊着威雅在卷轴上飞奔最后点燃奥运主火炬，感动于残疾人运动员侯斌在轮椅上紧拉吊绳不断攀升最后点燃残奥会最火炬，更感动于运动员们在赛场上奋力拼搏挑战最好成绩的每一个日日夜夜，所有这些又有哪一个不是对自我的全力超越呢

我们每个人都要从儿童长到少年、青年、中年，一直到老年。身体内的细胞，每时每刻都在新陈代谢，都在生生死死，这样我们才会不断地长大，才会活得有生机，才有朝气，才能健康地成长，才能精神饱满，才能潇洒人生走一回，这是身体的超越。（笑声）
拿我来说，我从小学，上到中学，然后读大学，后来又参加了工作，有了自己的事业；当记者，当主持人，在歌舞团任独唱演员，海角天涯各地巡回演出。这都是为了自己美好的追求，
实践心中渴望，证明自己人生价值。我想，凡是每个参加工作的人，都在执著以求自己的人生目标；经历过人生的风风雨雨，历经苦难，痴心不改，壮志未酬，这是事业上的超越。人生之中最难，也最重要地超越，莫过于思想上的超越。
我以前没接触过佛教，我的家庭也没有记载着信佛的历史，然而却成为佛门弟子。我想这也是我人生之中重大转折
点吧。信佛是我很荣幸的事，出家学佛是学做人，有什么不好呢！（掌声）
一个人要想采一束清新的山花，就得放弃城市的舒适；要想穿越沙漠，就得放弃咖啡和可乐；要想有永远的掌声，就得放弃眼前的虚荣；要想走成佛之道，就得放弃都市的繁华，就得放弃名利之心，就得放弃常人所不能放，行常人所不能行之事，好好用功修持，真心学佛！（掌声）出家学佛就应该放弃，放弃就是为了更好地得到，如果什么也不放弃的人，那他将是一无所有！（掌声）
我既然步入佛门，有信心做个佛的好弟子，绍隆佛种，弘扬正法，献身佛教事业。我常常作这种观想：他人之苦是我苦，他人之乐我就乐。不为自己求安乐，但愿众生得离苦，这是我们每位出家人应发的大悲愿。
只有付出超人的代价，才能取得超人的成果；一花开放不是春，百花争艳才是春满园。一个人一生的过程有三个：认识自我，超越自我，完善自我。在超越自我的同时，也就是在不断地完善自我。

备受鼓舞，我要继续努力，做好准备，迎接各种挑战，我要让我的教书生涯有声有色。在接下来的几年里，我结了婚，有了家，也有了自己的孩子，但家庭的拖累并没有让我对自己肩负的责任有所放松，反而有一种更强的责任感让我去努力工作。因为我强烈地意识到我的孩子需要受到更好的教育，还有千千万万和我的孩子一样的孩子也渴望享受到更好的教育，记得一位家长说：现在我们比什么呀，比自己的钱多少吗？不是，我们比谁家的孩子素质好！是啊，孩子才是未来，孩子才是希望，我作为一名教师，深感责任的重大。于是，在工作的间歇，在干完家务活的空档，我都不忘把教学中的点点滴滴在头脑中反思、总结，整理，一篇篇教学论文就是这样慢慢的磨出来的。
然而，就在我教学工作基本上得心应手的时候，我却经历了一次病痛，一次差点让我失去我热爱的教师职业的病痛。

展歌喉，也能博得阵阵喝彩。但是经过这几年的讲台高歌，渐渐的嗓子变的嘶哑，还经常疼痛，到后来发声都成了困难。到医院做检查，诊断为双侧声带息肉，医生建议手术治疗，除去息肉，恢复声带正常振动发出声音。身边的人为此议论开了：有人说要除去声带上的息肉，这个手术可不能马虎，一定要找技术好的医生&&；还有人说如果手术中出现什么意外，会是什么结果？听着大家的议论，我很着急，我不想成为哑巴，我更不想因此离开刚刚爱上的教育事业。我在心里问自己：我要做手术吗？手术能成功吗？我真的会成哑巴吗？我要因此失去继续与孩子们一起学习的机会吗？经过前思后想，经过亲人和众多好心人的多方打听和咨询，最终我作了手术。通过前后两次激光手术，成功去除了我左右声带上的息肉，经过一段时间的休息，我又能重返讲台和孩子们一起学习。我好高兴啊！我要感谢我的领导、同事、亲人给我的安慰和照顾，感谢现代高超的医学技术让我没有失去我热爱的教师职业，我更要感谢在我生病期间默默为我祝福的孩子们。
