LF炉精炼渣成分和粒度对Q345钢脱硫率的影响

摘要:在实验室利用MoSi2高温管式电阻炉研究了LF炉精炼渣的成分和粒度对Q345钢脱硫的影响。结果表明在精炼渣碱度较高的条件下(R=3~5),随着碱度增大,脱硫率逐渐增加;w(Al2O3)在18%~28%,w(BaO)在6%~14%,w(CaF2)在0~10%的范围内,实验渣有一最佳脱硫率。在精炼渣成分不变的条件下,脱硫率随着精炼渣粒度的减小而升高。运用正交分析法对精炼渣进行优化,得出高碱度精炼渣的优化渣系为:R=5,w(Al2O3)= 23%,w(BaO)= 10%,w(CaF2)=5%。

Effect of the Ingredient and Particle Size of LF Refining Slag Series on Desulfurization Rate in Steel Q345

Abstract: The effects of LF refining slag ingredient and slag particle size on Q345 steel desulfurization were tested by a MoSi2 tubular resistance furnace in laboratory. Results showed that in condition of higher basicity (R = 3 ~ 4.5) refining, with the basicity increases the desulfurization rate is gradually increased, w(Al2O3) in the range of 18%~28%, w(BaO) in the range of 6% ~ 14%, w(CaF2) in the range of 0 ~ 10%, the experiment of slag has the best desulfurization rate, in the case of refining slag composition is constant with the particle size decreasing the desulfurization rate is gradually increased. With optimization of slag ingredient by using orthogonal method, it is obtained that the optimizing slag series of high basicity of refining slag is R = 5, w (Al2O3) = 23%, w(BaO) = 10%, w(CaF2) = 5%.
