合理用药系统在医院的应用和管理

【摘要】目的：为了有效的管理医生乱开药问题，利用信息化手段对监管医生、统计问题处方而使用合理用药系统。方法阐述了医院使用合理用药系统原因、使用该系统需要的环境、系统功能模块和使用后的效果。结果建立基于HIS的合理用药系统，合理有效的监测医生不规范开药。结论合理用药系统为临床医生提供了较好的药学服务，提高了医疗质量。%Objective In order to ef ectively manage the doctor prescription, supervision of doctors,statistical problem of prescription use rational medication system. Methods Describes reason of the use of the rational medication system in hospital, the environment of the use this system, the system function module and the ef ects after use.Results The establishment of rational medication system based on HIS,Monitoring the doctors do not standardize medicine reasonably and ef ectively.Conclusion The rational medication system provides pharmacy services bet er for clinicians,and improve the medical quality.
