【摘要】Objective To explore the nursing care of the patients under advanced carcinoma of large intestine which were treated by capecitabine plus oxaliplatin. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with the patients under advanced carcinoma of large intestine being treated by capecitabine plus oxaliplatin were retrospectively analysed. Results All the patientshave been completed whole chemotherapy, The main side effect was between ⅠandⅡ,also could be corrected or raised. Conclusion capecitabine plus oxaliplatin in treating advanced carcinoma of large intestinehadhigher response rate, It is of clinical significance for the chemotherapy who received careful nursing.%目的探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗大肠癌的护理措施。方法回顾性分析40例肠癌病人行奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗的临床资料。结果本组病人化疗过程均顺利，多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度毒性反应，自行或给予对症治疗后好转。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效肯定，通过精心护理，对化疗顺利完成具有重要的临床意义。【总页数】2页(17-18)
