(中国卫星海上测控部,江苏江阴214431)摘 要:在分析船载卫星通信系统设备远程集中监控需求的基础上,设计和实现了船载卫星通信远程集中监控系统三通过采用多串口服务器二双线程队列和设备线程自调度二模型-视图-发布器(MVP )编程模式和可扩展标记语言(XML )技术二IP 组播技术和数据库增量同步,分别解决了在系统实现过程中遇到的设备通信接口类型多二响应时间差异大二调整变化多和卫星通信传输带宽小等问题三应用表明系统运行可靠,能较好地完成对船载卫星通信系统的集中监视与控制三

Design and Implementation of a Remote Centralized Monitoring and Control System for Shipborne Satellite Communication

QIAN Xiaoyun,YE Yong,XU Jun (China Satellite Maritime Tracking and Control Department,Jiangyin 214400,China)Abstract :This paper analyzes the remote centralized monitoring and control requirements of shipborne satel﹣lite communication system,designs and implements a satellite communication remote centralized monitoring and control system.In order to solve the problems which come with the implementation of system such as many communication interface types,difference response time,model change and limited transmission band﹣width,some techniques are adopted,including serial switcher,double different thread queue,auto thread scheduling,model-view-presenter(MVP)design pattern,extensible markup language(XML),IP multicast and database increment synchronization.The application shows that the system operates steadily and reliably,and well implements remote centralized monitoring and control of satellite communication system.Key words :shipborne satellite communication;remote centralized monitoring and control;thread schedu﹣ling;MVP design pattern;IP multicast technology
