(1 大同煤矿集团有限责任公司,山西大同一037003;2 大同煤矿集团马道头煤业有限责任公司,山西大同一037100)一一摘一要:针对马道头矿特厚煤层条件下回采巷道掘进速度慢及围岩难以控制的现状,综合运用理论分析二数值模拟二实验室试验二现场监测等方法与手段,研究了特厚煤层中大断面回采巷道的支护技术三为了提高特厚煤层大断面回采巷道的掘进速度,确保巷道成形质量,使用了MB670掘锚一体机代替悬臂式掘进机进行掘进实验三并根据提出的 锚网索+钢带 联合支护技术方案,对工作面运输巷的支护设计及施工工艺进行了优化,结果表明:优化后的巷道围岩顶底板区域稳定,且掘进速度明显提高,支护材料成本明显降低,不仅实现了特厚煤层大断面回采巷道的安全二快速二经济的掘进效果,同时也为类似矿井的安全快速掘进提供了实践经验及借鉴意义三一一关键词:掘锚一体机;特厚煤层;大断面;回采巷道;支护设计一一中图分类号:TD263 3一一文献标识码:A一一文章编号:1671-0959(2018)12-0035-06
