1.全国翻译专业资格(水平)考试(China Accreditation Test for Translators and
Interpreters-CATTI)，由国家人力资源和社会保障部统一(简称人事部)主办，考试难度分一、二、三级。
三级，非外语专业本科毕业、通过大学英语六级考试或外语大专毕业生水平，并具备一定的口笔译实践经验；
二级，非外语专业研究生毕业或外语专业本科毕业生水平，并具备3-5年的翻译实践经验；一级，具备8-10年的翻译实践经验，是某语种双语互译方面的行家。
2.全国外语翻译证书考试(National Accreditation Examinations for Translators and Interpreters-NAETI)，它的前身是北外英语翻译资格考试证书(CETI)，由教育部考试中心与北京外国语大学合作举办，分初级、中级、高级。
初级笔译证书：本证书证明持有人能够就一般难度的材料进行英汉互译，能够胜任一般性文件或商务等方面材料的翻译工作。
中级笔译证书：本证书证明持有人能够就普通英汉原文材料进行互译，能够胜任一般性国际会议文件、科技或经贸等材料的专业翻译工作。

4.一般来说，上海市口译资格证认可度比较高，分3个等级，还有就是国家口译资格证。其他的无视。上海市有中级和高级口译资格证。只是上海地区的认可度比人事部的认可度高。没有三个等级。人事部的有三个等级。最低的是三级，分口译和笔译。最权威的当然是全国翻译资格证书。
还有上海市中高口译资格证书，教育部翻译资格证书，厦门大学组织的翻译资格证书，上海

具体时间和参考书目可以查看翻译考试网。
一般公司翻译对翻译证没有特别要求，但肯定要求具备熟练的听说读写能力。反正英语水平到底怎么样，做次会议翻译就看出来了。。如果你想考翻译证，可以考人事部的CATTI的证书，分口译和笔译，至于考二级还是三级看你个人能力了。。
