初三英语备课组工作计划 初三英语备课组工作计划 本备课组以学校教育教学工作计划为指导，贯彻落实教研组 工作计划，贯彻新课标，变革师生学习方式，培养实践创新能力，立足以学生发展为中心，注重学生学习方式及思维能力的养成， 全面提高本年级英语教育质量。 一、学生现状 1. 有些学生平时学习成绩较佳，但考试总是心慌，临场发挥 欠佳。在设计每一课时，要考虑学生在教学过程中的心理健康效益。在愉快的、情感融洽的氛围中，激发学生强烈的求知欲、从 跃跃欲试发展到埋头探索，通过观察比较，分析思索，逐步深化 自己的认识程度，并从中提高自己的认识能力和技巧。 2. 两极分化严重。教师要热情关心帮助学生克服心理障碍， 点燃学生进取的火花，动之以情，晓之以理，树立他们的自信心。同时指导帮助，对差生进行个别谈话，帮助他们找出暂时落后的 原因，帮助他们制定计划，指导学习方法，具体辅导基础知识。 3. 听力和口语水平有待进一步提高。 二、工作目标 1. 在日常教学中打好语法基础，强化听说读写练习， 2. 创造教师启动，师生互动，学生主动的共同发展课堂，全 面提高学生的听、说、读写能力。
