Almost all failures in the fuel oil system,including the compression being to low,result in the crankshaft rotating
more slowly if there is a failure at one or more cylinders simultaneously. If only one or two cylinders fail, and the
engine is not fully loaded, the crankshaft rev/min does not decrease, the reason being that the governor
