川酒文化中的生态文明建设与发展研究

摘要：川酒文化具有丰富的内涵和外延，是中国酒文化重要的组成部分。近几年川酒行业进入调整
转型期，需要深度的梳理与科学挖掘川酒文化，形成行业急需的文化生产力，以新的文化指引行业发展
新方向，引导正常的消费。生态文明建设是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分。本文从深度发
掘川酒文化中与生态文明相关的文化内涵以及现阶段川酒文化生态文明建设的必要性。主要分析了目
前川酒文化中生态文明建设主要方向，包括川酒企业生态环境建设、川酒微生物生态机制研究、生态酿
酒产业建设、川酒生态消费、川酒文化生态旅游、以及川酒生态文明建设指标体系的构建。同时讨论了
目前川酒文化生态文明建设过程中存在的问题以及未来的主要发展方向。本文的研究将为川酒行业遵
循可持续发展原则，树立经济、社会与生态环境协调发展的新理念，寻找最契合川酒发展生态产业形式
提供支持，为四川白酒产业振兴提供方向，为川酒发展提供文化支撑。

Abstract:Sichuan liquor culture,as an important part of Chinese liquor culture,has rich connotation and denotation.In recent years, Sichuan liquor industry is facing adjustment and transformation.The deep and comprehensive utilization of Sichuan liquor culture is required to generate the cultural productivity and further to guide normal liquor consumption.The construction of ecological civiliza-tion is an important part in China’s modernization strategy.In this paper,the cultural connotation in Sichuan liquor industry related to ecological civilization and the necessity of developing ecological civilization of Sichuan liquor culture were introduced,and the main directions in ecological civilization construction were analyzed including the ecological environment construction for Sichuan distill-eries,Sichuan liquor microbes ecological mechanism research,the construction of ecological liquor-making industry,the ecological consumption of Sichuan liquor,Sichuan liquor culture&ecology-oriented tourism,and the formulation of the index system in the con-struction of ecological civilization of Sichuan liquor.Meanwhile,the existing problems and the development directions were dis-cussed.This study provided useful reference for sustainable development of Sichuan liquor industry and cultural support to the devel-opment of Sichuan liquor.
