由于大学英语四级考试是全国性的考试，所以还是挺重要的，许多学校都把四级证书和学位证牵扯在一起，也有许多企业单位把四级成绩作为衡量英语水平的标准，因此四级考试就受到了很大重视，市面上也就出现了许多良莠不齐的四级复习资料，所以当你不了解那些书的内容时，真的不知道该选择哪一套复习资料。
我在备考四级选取复习资料时，也是认真选择了好久，在离考试还有三个月左右的时候，我就打算要开始备考四级了，因为这样复习效果会更好，再加上考前冲刺我觉得肯定就可以取得高分。
决定备考的那天，我就暗自下定决心一定要一次通过四级考试，最好还可以高分通过。于是当天我就去学校附近的书店仔细的筛选复习资料，当我拿起星火和新东方的四级真题讲解对比时，觉得解析部分都大同小异，在我犹豫不决不知道该选哪个的时候，书店老板过来询问我之后给我推荐巨微英语的《四级真题/逐句精解》，当时我很怀疑的翻看了一下里面的内容，但是看完之后我就感觉很吃惊，因为它竟然可以把四级真题解析的如此细致—6套真题逐句精解，一句一句分析真题文章语法，一句一句注释句子里面的四级词汇,所以我毫不犹豫的买了这本巨微英语《四级真题/逐句精解》。
接下来的备考过程中，由于我把时间计划的十分充足，所以在复习备考阶段每天都比较轻松。值得一提的是这本书不仅在解析方面做的很细致，书的内容也包含了很多，有12套的真题可以用来刷题，还有押题作文20篇和3套听力模拟题，也赠送了四大题型满分技巧的小册子，还附赠了四级语法专题26讲和一本便携式的2000个核心词汇的单词书，我在考前背的就是这2000个核心单词，可能就是因为太懒了不想背那么多单词，所以也就没用其他的四级大纲词汇书，但是我觉得2000个单词真的就足够了，每天背50个左右，再加上复习时间最多两个月就可以全部背完，在最后考前冲刺一个月时，再把这些单词过一遍是很用的。
有了稳固的基础之后，再加上看了各个部分的答题技巧，我就开始大量的做题，并且在这个过程中我发现正确率越来越高，感觉真的很开心。
我觉得在考试这个部分，作文是最简单的，听力是最容易提高的，所以在复习中要有重点。我经常看模板范文并记住经典表达，而且在
平时训练时也经常运用，所以作文写起来也十分轻松而且不易出错。我之前听力也不是很好，因此每天都听英语听力，其实有时随便听听也好，就当是灌耳音，但是对于四级的真题听力一定要认真听，一遍没听清楚就多听几遍，一段时间后就会发现听力能力大幅度的提高，因为毕竟在听力部分都是一些比较简单的对话，不会有长难句之类的，所以真的提升很快。
在阅读方面的答题技巧就会用的比较多，因为对于长篇阅读，既然不能做到精读，就必须用许多的技巧来提高正确率，这里是我自己总结出的一套答题技巧：对于短文填空可以先标出下面单词的词性，然后根据语法构成排除明显不符合的选项，再根据单词意思选出最终的正确答案，这样做题就会省时省力，而且正确率也高；段落信息匹配题先看下面的10个句子并划出关键词，就可以大致了解文章在讲什么，然后在开始浏览原文，可以节省很多时间；最后两篇阅读理解也是先看题目和选项然后再开始阅读全文。
如果认真背了2000 个核心词汇并且认真看了逐句精解，那么翻译题对于你来说就是小菜一碟，因为我觉得翻译题就是在考察单词和语法的运用，所以翻译也是很容易得高分的。
