全国大学英语四级考试监考操作规程 8:00考务 大厅 1.监考甲领取考试材料（试卷袋），检查考试语种与自己监考考场是否相符，检查封口是否完好，然后签名。 2.监考乙领取材料袋(内装小刀、铅笔、签字笔、固体胶、监考证、门贴、桌贴、考生名册、考生签到表、缺考违 规考生记录单、考场规则、考生须知、监考员操作规程、条形码简明异常处理办法)及屏蔽仪、收音机和时钟 （带“*”的考场领取）。 3.将手机关机放入考务组提供的信封密封并由考务组保管。 8:20教室1.到达考场后，先清场，并将桌椅排放整齐，然后将考场门贴、考生花名册张贴在考场外。贴座位号时按间隔最大化原则隔位。 ▲2.监考乙将黑板擦干净后在黑板上写《考生须知》。 8:45考生 入场 1.监考员检查考生准考证、身份证（或学生证）上的照片是否与本人相符，禁止考生携带违规物品入场。 2.监考员保护试卷袋，指导考生在签到表规定的位置上签字，引导考生按准考证上的座位号入座。（▲缺考考生 的签字栏应保持空白） 8:55宣读宣读<<考生须知>>，提醒考生仔细阅读黑板上的考试要求。 9:00吹哨1启封发 答题卡 ▲1.根据哨音调整时钟的时间。▲禁止迟到考生入场。 2.发答题卡一、答题卡二和试题册。监考员向全体考生展示试卷袋密封完好，当众启封（用刀小心割开，务必不 要将袋子的内封口割破），核对无误后，下发答题卡一、答题卡二和试题册。 3.发放完毕，监考员提醒考生仔细阅试题册正面的《考生须知》，并要求考生检查试题册背面条形码、答题卡1 和答题卡2的印刷质量，要求考生确认无误后，将试题册背面上的条形码揭下，粘贴在答题卡1的条形码粘贴 框内，并填写（涂）试题册封底、答题卡1和答题卡2上的学校名称、姓名及准考证号等信息。强调只能用黑 色签字笔填写姓名、准考证号，用2B铅笔涂黑相应的信息点。 ▲4.要求考生将相关信息填写完整后，将试题册背面向上放回至桌子左上角。提醒考生：（1）试题册未按要求放置或提前翻阅试题册按违规处理；（2）考生非听力考试期间不得佩戴耳机；否则按违规处理。 9:10吹哨2考试 开始 1.考试正式开始。打开屏蔽仪（请勿提前开启）；考生做试题的第一部分（即写作部分），提示考生：“（1）作 文题目在试题册背面，使用黑色签字笔在答题卡1上作答，期间不得打开试题册。（2）作文题考试时间为30 分钟，之后将立即进行听力考试。” 2.监考员逐一核验证件，检查考生本人与桌贴照片是否一致。▲第一次检查考生填写（涂）信息、粘贴条形码是 否规范。若出现问题，立即查明并处理。监考员监控整个考场。 9:351.监考员记录缺考考生有关信息，在答题卡1、答题卡2及试题册背面填写（涂）缺考考生姓名及准考证号最后两位，缺考考生的条形码粘贴条不用揭下。 2.提示考生5分钟后结束写作考试，并开始进行听力考试，可戴上耳机准备听力考试。 9:40听力 考试 1.听力考试正式开始，命令考生打开试题册，带上耳机并提示考生“听力录音播放完毕后，将立即回收答题卡 1”。 注：听力部分考试时，监考员原则上不要走动。若无试题、试题册的原因，监考员有权制止其他任何人在听力部分考试进行时进入考场。（如屏蔽仪对考生收音机造成干扰，请关闭屏蔽仪） 10:10吹哨3 收答 题卡一 1.听力考试结束，命令考生停止答题并摘下耳机。 2.监考员收答题卡1，收卷期间考生不得答题，否则按违规处理。 ▲3.回收答题卡1后，第二次检查考生粘贴条形码粘帖情况，如有异常立即处理。 10:15考试 继续 1.命令考生继续作答。 10:20 整理答 题卡一 ▲1.监考员按准考证小号在上，大号在下的顺序（包括缺考考生的答题卡一）整理答题卡一。 ▲2.听力考试结束后，小组长及时到负责的考场清点答题卡一，▲第三次检查考生条形码粘帖情况，有异常马上报告。确认无误后在答题卡一专用袋右下角签上小组长姓名后让监考员密封(封条上一律不签名)。 ▲3.使用备用卷考场内考生的答题卡由考务组派人清点密封。由监考员在《缺考违规考生记录单》和答题卡1、2袋上“考场其他情况说明”中记录该情况。 10:30 收卡一1.考务组到考场收取答题卡一袋、考生签到表和缺考违规记录单。检查答题卡一袋上各个栏目是否填写完整。 2.考务组清点考生使用备用卷考场内答题卡一。 11:15 1.提醒考生离考试结束还有十分钟，▲提示考生个人信息是否填涂准确。
