1. 演讲前的准备
准备是搞演讲的前提。首先是要确立一个题目或一个话题。一般演讲赛都分为命题演讲和即兴演讲。如要进行演讲比赛则必须对各个方面加以准备：政治、经济、化、教育等找立意点拟定题目如政治方面的演讲主题：wto、统一、和平与发展、机遇与挑战；经济方面演讲主题：西部大开发、农村经济、再就业；教育方面演讲方题：中西方教育的不同、远程教育、终身教育、枪手；化方面演讲主题：化的交流与融合、校园化；环保方面演讲主题：man and nature；科技方面演讲主题：络、克隆、基因；卫生方面演讲主题：keep physically and mentally healthy；体育方面演讲主题：olympics……有些方面题目太大可从多角度和多侧面思考找切入点将题目细化和具体化写出演讲稿的提纲构思和组织演讲稿结构。

2 演讲稿的写作
演讲稿首先开头要开门见山既要一下子抓住听众又要提出你的观点中间要用各种方法和所准备的材料说明、支持你的论点感染听众然后在结尾加强说明论点或得出结论结束演讲。
演讲稿的写作有严格的要求就内容而言要主题鲜明表达完整；就章组织结构而言要思维清晰逻辑性强；就语言而言要有感染力、形象生动。写作时可根据需要有效、正确地使用英语写作方法和技巧如恰当地运用明喻、暗喻、夸张等各种修辞方法用词要准确尽量避免使用生僻、模糊、晦涩的字词。总之要考虑听众对象注意演讲的措辞但又要简明扼要、有理有力、结构紧凑。许多著名的演说家的不朽之作都有振奋人心、扭转乾坤般的力量。从马丁．路德．金的“i have a dream”美国总统林肯所作的著名的盖茨堡演说到克林顿在北大的演说不少句子都成为不朽的佳句值得认真研读.
3进行演讲
具备演讲的知识和技巧演讲稿的完成只是演讲的序幕要进行成功的演讲则要进行严格的训练。训练时分析演讲要领训练演讲
技巧和姿势语观看cctv杯和爱立信杯等英语演讲的录像了解并按照比赛评分标准进行严格的模拟训练观察演讲过程是否具备以下特点：主题鲜明表达完整（演讲内容）；思维清晰逻辑性强（章组织结构）；感情充沛富有表现力（演讲气势）；发音正确语音语调标准（英语语音）；反
应敏捷回答准确（心理素质）；着装整洁仪态大方等等。
除此之外还要有良的心理素质。多进行模拟演讲有良的心理素质才能更地表现自己取得演讲的良效果。有的同学能讲一口地道的美式英语但由于缺乏良的心理素质而怯场甚至在比赛中紧张得说不出话来或有一些不良的举止而被淘汰出局。
有了充分的准备进行演讲就不太难了。在演讲的整个过程中还要注意一些演讲的要领与技巧如演讲者与听众目光的接触（eye contact）声音的抑扬顿挫（vocal variety）和肢体语言的配合（hand gestures and body language）等等但要恰当不要太多否则会喧宾夺主影响演讲效果。
掌握了这些要领有了充分的知识储备再加上良的心理素质一定会成功的 .
即兴演讲是多即兴？一点准备时间都没有的么？
我觉得首先应该要知道具体都需要讲些什么第一点第二点在心里面都要清楚有必要的时候写下来可以在接下来说的时候作为提醒。
其次就是每个要讲的点就叫论点了最都举个比较简单的例子
去支撑这个论点。有的时候你可以说according to 谁谁谁或者
________书籍去更的支撑你的论点非正式场合基本上可以胡编乱
语但正式场合一定要有理论依据或者论据来源。举例子举一两个
就举多了就跑题。举例子的同时就可以考虑下一步要说什么。
论点之间会有转折接续等等的词比如转折就有howeverin spite of, although, etc. 接续就有moreover furthermorethus。当然像firstly secondly, thirdly也比较经常会用到。还有就是即兴演讲有的时候说的
很兴奋可能说的东西不是那么正确你就要说this is only my opinion或者其他类似这只是我的意见。如果你知道有不同的意见你并不同意当然也要提一两句并且给出你不同意的原因。
还有就是开头结尾很重要一定要有礼貌开头要说你即兴演讲
的题目是什么你首先要稍微总结一下你对这个题目的观点是什
么。
结尾的时候你要对题目还是要做一下总结这很重要。然后要
说thank you for your time, is there any question?当然也可以不用说有没有什么问题。
条理一定要清楚虽然有可能会胡言乱语但是大体上要说的让
人有共鸣听的懂。
语速不要太快会更紧张尽量慢慢说这样也让自己有考虑接下
来要说什么的时间。
当然你平时最就给自己一两个题目然后说我有的时候睡不着就给自己一个题目然后信口开河要说出来不能在心里想慢慢的就能形成自己一套的演讲方式所有任何题目都可以往这一套演讲方式里面套。演讲技巧一般认为有以下几点：
1.做演讲的准备
包括了解听众熟悉主题和内容搜集素材和资料准备演讲稿作适当的演练等。
2.选择优秀的演讲者
优秀的演讲者包括下述条件：（1）足够的权威性；（2）演讲者具有较强的语音能力和技巧：（3）演讲者的热情；（4）演讲者的理智与智慧；（5）演讲者的仪表状态
