关于建筑电气施工技术问题的探讨

摘要:伴随着系统技术的飞速发展,建筑电气行业的施工理念和设计理念都发生了根本性的变革,现在建筑电气行业设计与施工的主流思想主要是防电、防雷、节能,寻求建立电气一体化系统。这使得在建设工程中建筑电气专业的复杂程度愈发增大,对电气系统的质量要求也愈发提高。对于建筑工程的使用功能、竣工后运行的安全可靠程度、投资效益而言,建筑电气工程的质量是最重要的。对于一项建筑电气工程而言,从开工到竣工,施工现场管理工作自始至终都起着关键作用。本文主要从配电系统的安装、电气线路的敷设、开关插座的安装、防雷接地施工技术等方面对建筑电气工程进行了简单的介绍。

Abstract: with the rapid development of the technologies of the system, building electrical industry construction idea and design concept undergone a fundamental change, now building electrical industry design and construction of the mainstream of the thought mainly is the electricity, lightning protection, energy saving, seek establish electrical integration system. This makes in the construction project of the complexity of the professional electrical building more increase, to the quality requirements of the electrical system also sends improved. For the construction of the use function, after completion of the operation safety reliability, the benefit of investment is concerned, the quality of the construction of electrical engineering is the most important. For a building electrical engineering is concerned, from start to completion, the construction management work first and play a key role. This article mainly from the power distribution system installation, electrical lines of laying, switch socket of the installation and construction techniques lightningproof grounding of building electrical engineering is briefly introduced.

建筑电气包括强电和弱电两部分。强电部分的内容主要包括:变配电系统、电力和照明系统、防雷接地系统等。一般来说,建筑中变配电系统主要包括:高低压系统、变压器、备用电源系统等;电力系统主要包括电力系统配电及控制;照明系统则包括室内外各类照明;防雷接地系统包括防雷电波侵入、防雷电感应、接地、等电位联结和局部等电位联结、辅助等电位联结等等,下面对电气施工中相关的若干问题进行了分析。
