①首段:注意客观、礼貌

a. 自我介绍;

a. 详细说明情况,中肯地提出问题;

b. 提出改进建议,表明希望如何解决;

c. 拓展题目内容,尤其要强调问题不解决所带来的后果。

③尾段:提出解决方案,不用展开,注意中肯、礼貌原则。
