All young people dream of travelling the world. They are restless and very eager to see new sights. However, they have little idea how they would really do it if given the chance. Because their knowledge of geography is quite limited, they seldom know much about the places they wish to visit or how they would get there.

On April 26, 1986, I was five years old. I can‘t remember this day very well, but it turned out to be a disaster not only for our family, but also for thousands of people from many countries. It was a really nice, warm and sunny day.
I was outside with my elder brother and my little 13-day-old sister, who was sleeping in a pram under a tree.
Suddenly dark clouds appeared in the sky and a strong wind started to blow. Our mum told us to come into the house. While we were gathering our toys, she was trying to take the pram. The first drop of ―rain‖ fell on my sister. It was only later that we found out the rain was radioactive water.

When a customer finds that an item she or he bought is faulty or in some other way does not live up to its standard，the first step is to present the warranty，or any other records which might help at the store of purchase. In most cases，this action will produce results. But if it does not，there are various means the customer may use to gain satisfaction.
A simple and common method used by many customers is to complain directly to the store manager. In general，the ―higher up‖ the customer takes his or her complaint，the faster he or she can expect it to be settled. In such a case，it is usually settled in the customer?s favor，assuming he or she has a just claim.
Customers should complain in person whenever possible，but if they cannot get to the place of purchase，it is acceptable to phone or write the complaint in a letter.
Complaining is usually most effective when it is done politely but firmly，and especially when the customer will succeed best by presenting specific information as to what is wrong，rather than by making general statements. For example，―The left speaker does not work at all and the sound coming out of the right one is unclear‖ is better than ―This stereo does not work.‖
The store manager may advise the customer to write to the manufacturer. If so，the customer should do this stating the complaint as politely and as firmly as possible. How to Make the Most of Your Time
Time management is important in our daily life. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to complete all you need to do. Here are some tips that might be of some help to you.
