生本教育合作学习在高中国际班英语教学中的实践国际部陈彬【摘要】：生本教育，就是郭思乐教授为学生好学而设计的一种教育思想和方式。
其精粹是“一切为了学生、高度尊重学生、全面依靠学生”。
合作，在生本教育在高中国际班英语教学中的实践中尤为重要。
首先要将班级学生科学分组，其次在设计合作活动过程中遵循以下四个原则：1.先学后教，2.以学定教，3.把讨论引入高中英语生本课堂4.优化评价机制。
【关键词】：生本教育高中英语教学合作学习有哲人说过，世上有两件事最难：一是如何把别人的钱放进自己的口袋；二是如何把自己的思维（思想）装进别人的脑袋。
长期以来，我们的教育总是在挑战者高难度，学生被看成白纸，老师画什么，它就是什么；学生被当成水桶，老师灌什么，它就装什么；学生有时还被比喻成橡皮泥，老师怎么捏，它就成什么样……由于教学过程中只是把学生看作机械的、被动的信息接受者，所以学生表现出种种不满、甚至厌学厌校，也就不足为奇了。
中国古代哲学认为治国的最高境界是“无为而治”，其实在教育过程中，我们也应该借鉴道家的“无为”思想。
“人之初，性本学”，作为在地球上生存了亿万年的高级智慧生物，人生下来就有着自我发展的巨大潜能和内在动力。
我的女儿现在17个月，还不会说话。
但是她对世界充满了好奇，依然精力充沛地探索世界、了解世界。
我们并不惊动他，任由她自己咿呀学语，只是在她主动提出请求时帮助她。
这正如郭思乐教授所说，“大自然育人的安排多么缜密，这是最有利于人成长的方式：让小孩子先活动先思维后说话，而不会图省事，先说话，然后所有的事物全靠大人讲解告知。
暂时不会讲话其实是让她更醉心于活动和思考。
”①今天我们做教育，就应该依靠学习者的天性和潜能，充分利用他们与生俱来的学习天性，让他们主动参与学习，以提高教学效益和效率。
