1.11数控机床的产生
为了满足多品种,小批量的生产自动化,迫切需要一个灵活的,多功能的,能够适应频繁变化,产品的灵活的自动化工具。数控机床是产生这样的背景。它提供了处理一个单件,小批量生产的精密零件的自动化方法。

摘要
20世纪中叶数控技术和数控机床的诞生标志着生产和控制领域的一个崭新时代的到来。科学技术和社会生产力的迅速发展,对机械产品的质量和生产率提出了越来越高的要求。机械加工工艺过程的自动化成为实现上述要求的最重要的措施之一。它不仅能够提高产品的质量、提高生产率、降低生产成本,还能够极大地改善生产者的劳动条件。
本设计是对C618普通卧式车床进行数控化改造。为了实现把C618普通卧式车床改造成经济型数控车床,针对此车床的主传动系统,X向进给系统进行数控改造,并增加了CNC装置和伺服系统。对进给系统,通过把滑动丝杠换成滚珠丝杠,以提高精度和效率,为了保证系统有稳定的转矩,需要对数控改造步进电机设计。车床刀架由原先的手动控制,改造成由电动机控制的自动回转刀架。通过变频器实现主轴传动和进给机构的无级变速。通过单片机的设计,构成控制系统。通过对普通机床的数控改造,从国外成熟经验来看,再制造是数控机床再次利用的最有效办法。数控机床改造就是运用技术创新与技术改造相结合,改造传统产业与发展新兴产业相结合,突出重点与全面提升相结合,并将促进安全生产作为技术改造的重点任务。
