摘要

从井中出采天然⽓，常带有⼀部分液体和固体杂质，如凝析油，游离⽔域地层⽔，岩屑粉尘等。这些机械杂质具有很⼤的危害性，不仅腐蚀设备，仪表，管道，⽽且还可以堵塞阀门，管线，影响正常⽣产；也可能造成油⽓处理⼚的塔器化学溶液的污染和液泛等⿇烦。所以，从井场来的流体，⾸先在集⽓站进⾏脱除机械杂质的操作，然后再进⼊输⽓⼲线。

集⽓站是天然⽓集输系统中重要的⼀个环节，它对各⽓井输送来的天⽓分别进⾏节流，分离，计量，然后集中输⼊集⽓管线。

本设计中将有五⼝井进⼊该集⽓站，进⼝压⼒都较⾼，经过节流调压，将压⼒降低，再经过分离器脱出天然⽓中含有的⽔滴。然后计量后进⼊配⽓站。
