我国跨境电商发展的影响因素研究

【摘 要】近年来，我国跨境电商高速发展，已经成为我国对外贸易的新引擎。文章运用生态系统理论和PEST分析法分别对我国跨境电商发展的内部环境和外部环境进行了研究。研究结果表明，我国跨境电商未来发展环境利好，具有巨大的发展空间。内部已经形成完整成熟的生态圈，圈内核心群体、关键群体、支持群体及寄生群体相互依存、共同发展。外部的政治、经济、社会、技术四大环境都使我国跨境电商向着规范化、一体化、规模化、科技化方向发展。国际贸易方面掌握先机，优先发展跨境电子商务对我国国际经济地位的提升具有重要意义。

0 引言
随着国民日渐升级的消费观，当国内产品已无法满足用户对于产品质量和产品种类的高要求时，跨境电商市场得到了蓬勃发展，与此同时，《电子商务法》的颁布为行业提供了规范的发展环境。在此背景下，跨境电商2019年的交易规模突破10万亿元。现在跨境电子商务已成为我国对外贸易中不可或缺的重要组成部分，甚至被称为“外贸新引擎”。因此，研究影响跨境电子商务发展的主要因素具有重要的理论与实践意义。
1 跨境电商发展的影响因素研究现状
目前，国内外研究影响跨境电子商务发展因素的文献大致从宏观、中观、微观3个层面出发。
1.1 宏观层面
Binggi P等人（2000）从政治、经济、社会、技术4个角度分析了跨境电商发展的宏观环境。Gibbs等人（2003）提出了全球大环境和国际贸易策略影响因素。Xu Xiaobo （2008）则从信息基础设施和人口统计方面出发研究宏观因素。Cyr等人（2008）也对国际大环境进行分析，提出了国家文化的沟通与交流是影响跨境电商发展的主要因素。

obsolescence. While cash still holds a significant place in
many economies, its disadvantages are becoming increasingly

Firstly, cash payments lack the convenience that
digital transactions provide. With the widespread use of
smartphones and mobile wallets, making payments has become
