其中27层准甲级办公楼每单元70-120m², 建筑高度99.9m, 建筑面积33395 m²。
设计使用年限为50年。
本设计的主要内容包括: ( 1) 国内外高层建筑消防安全现状分析; ( 2) 设计重点; ( 3) 办公楼总平面防火设计; ( 4) 办公楼防排烟设计; ( 5) 办公楼安全疏散设计; ( 6) 办公楼灭火器配置设计; ( 7) 办公楼消火栓给水系统设计; ( 8) 办公楼自动喷水灭火系统; ( 9) 办公楼火灾自动报警系统设计。
本设计设计依据主要有《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016- 、《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》GB50045-95( )、《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》GB50116-98、《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》GB50084- ( )、《汽车库、修车库、停车场防火设计规范》GB50067-97、《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》GB50140- 、《办公建筑设计规范》JGJ67- 。
本设计对象为一类公共建筑, 耐火等级为一级。
设计对象与周边建筑距离9m, 项目内高层建筑之间距离13m, 办公楼周围设置环形消防车道。
建筑平面耐火设计根据建筑的结构和用途以及相应的规范, 将建筑每层划分为一个防火分区, 并把每层划分为两个防烟分区。
安全疏散路线为房间→走道→前室→楼梯间。
在各防火分区设两个疏散口, 走道宽度为 2.2m, 两个安全出口距离大于5m, 安全疏散距离为12.7m。
本设计每个塔楼设两部防烟楼梯, 一部消防电梯。
设计对象危险等级为严重危险级, 火灾类型主要为A类火灾, 同时存在E类火灾。
设计配置磷酸铵盐干粉手提式灭火器( MF/ABC5) , 最小配置灭火级别为3A, 最大保护距离为15m。
确定一到二十七层的灭火器设置点每层均4处, 地下室设置点17处, 一、三到二十七层每层灭火器均为8具, 第二层4具, 地下室17具。
消火栓给水系统的设计计算主要包括室外、室内消火栓系统这两个部分。
室外消火栓用水量为30L/s, 设置3个室外低压地上式消火栓。
室内消火栓用水量为40L/s, 消火栓保护半径28m, 布置间距26.7m, 建筑共设置5根立管。
总水头损失为0.12932MPa, 最不利点消火栓与消防水池最低水位之间高程差为 1.0335MPa, 最不利点处灭火设备的工作压力为0.20309MPa, 消防水泵扬程150m, 流量44.55L/s, 选用XBD16.8/75-200×8型号消防泵一台, 一用一备, 消防水泵接合器4台。
设计设置一个消防水池, 有效容积为435m3, 设置消防水箱, 有效容积为28m3, 不设增压设施。
自动喷水系统选用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。
按照规范, 确定其属于中危险级中的I级危险等级。
设计使用正方形喷头布置方式, 确定最不利点处作用面积的位置及形状后计算得出最不利点处作用面积内喷头数14个, 作用面积161.84m2, 最不利点处喷头的出流量69.36L/( min • m2) 。
系统设计流量为29.76L/s, 管道总损失为0.51708MPa, 最不利点消火栓与消防水池最低水位之间高程差为 1.0545MPa, 最不利点处喷头的工作压力0.08MPa, 喷淋水泵扬程165m, 流量29.76L/s, 选用XBD18/40-150×9型号消防喷淋泵一台, 一用一备, 消防水泵接合器3台。
设计设置一个消防水池, 有效容积为108m3, 设置消防水箱, 有效容积为18m3, 不设增压设施。
对某准甲级办公楼进行防排烟设计, 地上部分以第四层为例, 风机风量为57512.4m3/h, 风机风压为372.93Pa, 选用HTFC-I-NO33消防通风低噪音柜式离心风机一台, 配用电机: Y225M-6, 功率30Kw。
地下车库划分为4个防烟分区, 1-1区风机风量: 79332m3/h, 风压为232.5Pa, 选用HTFC-I-NO40消防离心风机一台; 1-2区风机风量: 65280m3/h, 风压为252.26Pa, 选用HTFC-I-NO36风机一台; 2-1区风机风量: 36751m3/h, 风压为290.93Pa,1风机两台; 2-2区风机风量: 74184m3/h, 风压为选用HTFC-I-NO272409.29Pa, 选用HTFC-I-NO40风机一台。
火灾自动报警系统设计采用集中报警系统, 并设消防控制室。
设计选用感烟火灾探测器, 各层分为2个探测单元, 探测器保护面积A=60m2, 保护半径R=5.8m。
探测器布置数量, 一层26个, 二层16个, 三到二十七层35个, 地下室75个。

Project is developed by Green Technology Island Properties Limited, it’s a set of commercial, office, LOFT office complex real estate projects. Among them, the 27-story Grade A office building has rooms with 70-120m² per-cell, it’s building height is 99.9m and construction area is 33395 m². The service life period of this building is 50 years.This paper does research on contents as follow, (1) analysis of situation of high-rise building’s fire safety at home and abroad; (2) the significance of this paper; (3) general layout of fire control; (4) smoke control design; (5) Evacuation design ;(6) fire extinguisher; (7) fire water supply system design; (8) automatically spray fire distinguish system; (9)fire automatically alarm system.This design mainly involves the standard" code for fire protection design of buildings"GB50016- , " fire protection design of tall buildings"GB50045-95, " for design of automatic fire alarm system"GB50116-98, " code for design of sprinkler systems" GB50084- , " code for Design Regulations on fire prevention in garage, repair shop, and parking lot"GB50067-97, " code for design of architectural specification extinguisher"GB50140- , " Office building design"JGJ67- .In accordance with the standard" code for fire protection design of buildings", this building has been rated as the first class public building, and its fire-resistance rating as the first level. The fireproof distance between this building and other high-rise buildings should be 9m, while between the building and other residence and podium should be 13m. Set ring fire road around the building.In accordance with structure and use of this building and national regulations and rules, the general layout of fire control of this building mainly designs the fire-proof part and smoke-proof part of functional division inside each other floor.The safe evacuation route is from room to hallway to antechamber to stairwell. Each fire district located two evacuation exits and walkway’s width is 2.2m, two security exit distances greater than 5m, the safe evacuation distance is 12.7m, which is compliance. Each tower set two stairwells, a fire elevator in design.Design objects is serious risk hazard level, it is mainly made for fire emergency of A class, and few for E class. Fire extinguishers are equipped with ammonium phosphate powders (MF/ABC5) and hands holder. Fire minimum configuration level is 3A, and maximum protection distance of hands holder is 15 meters. According to the result of computing protected area square and fire protection levels, fire extinguishers set 4 point in the first floor to the 27th floor, 17 point in the basement, 8 fire extinguishers in the first floor and 3th floor to the 27th floor, 4 fire extinguishers in the second floor and 17 fire extinguishers in the basement.Fire water supply system design includes the outdoor fire hydrant system and indoor fire hydrant system. Outdoor fire hydrant water consumption is 30L / s, set three outdoor low voltage ground fire hydrant. Indoor fire hydrant water consumption is 40L / s. The water-power calculation of full water spout is12m, fire hydrant protective radius is 28m, fire hydrant distance is 26.7m, setting up 5 risers in building. The total loss is 0.12932MPa, the elevation difference between most negative point hydrant and lowest level of fire pond is 1.0335MPa, working pressure of the fire fighting equipment at the most。
