本课是第十单元第一课，故事的语境是男孩和女孩分别丢失了自己的小狗和小猫，到失物招领处寻找。

在本课的故事中，Mocky逐一询问小狗和小猫的信息，引出了本单元询问颜色的核心句型What color is....It’s... .？Learn 1o Say呈现小男孩到学校的失物招领处找丢失的文具的场景，学习颜色的词汇:red，blue，green，yellow，black，brown，white。

听力部分呈现颜色词汇及图片，对学生进行听力能力的训练。

二、学情分析：三年级的学生活泼好动，偏好直观形象思维，在课堂活动中可以通过呈现丰富有趣的图片、视频游戏活动等吸引学生的注意力，培养学生学习兴趣。

在学习本课前，学生已经掌握一些动物、文具及玩具词汇，本课的话题，询问和说明颜色What color is…？It’s… ，可以在巩固旧知的基础上，学习新知。
