Electronic Dictionaries The discussion about electronic dictionaries has never stopped in the past few years. Let's have a look at its advantages and disadvantages before drawing the final conclusion. On one hand ,the welcoming advantage is that the electronic dictionaries is very small and light comparing with the common big paper dictionary which is very heavy and not carried conveniently and smoothly.On the contrary ,electronic dictionaries proves portable ,it can put into the pocket ,you can study English everywhere.Although it is very small ,but it contains a
lot of words as much as the big dictionary ,it can also provide sentences to illustrate word usage and store difficult words for special memorization.On the other hand ,it can look up words more fast for it adopts the most advantced technology due to not having to flip the pages anymore. But the disadvantages also stay clear .if the electronic dictionary has some small games ,it can make many childrenconcentrate on them and not have the heart to study .On other aspect ,some students rely too much on the electronic dictionary—they never put their heart into learning new words and expressions.Besides comparing with big dictionary ,some explanations are neither complete nor accurate, which are quite misleading. Without doubt Steve Jobs is a talent man,he is remembered as a great visionary and leader and a market genius,though he has left us forever ,but his legendary life also has education significance for us . Steve Jobs left the university at 1972 ,but he didn’t leave the compus where he overcame a lot of obstacles in order to learn about the courses he was interested.The knowledge he accept play an important part in his career.In other word ,some creative ideas stem from his university time .for example ,the things such as how to design beautiful format andall sorts of line serif and sans-serif fonts were made into the program of the computer named Macintosh ,and the technology caused computing revolution. Steve Jobs’sbusiness is not smooth like every successful people .He creat the apple company ,he put all his energy in it and it was operated well at first but as the company develop,Steve Jobs had some errors of the management,and he leave the company ,he created another company called NEXT,and at last he returned Apple staring CEO.He said :”you shoule do the things you love,if you don’t find out ,never give up.” If you live each day as if it was your last day of life, you will be in a day found that everything is under control ,at this time ,you can work on your career in high gear .Do your best to live.
Nowadays,there are more and more college students in thesociety because selection policies are changed and the selection examination becomes a bit easier .As the phenomenon appears , it appears that more and more graduates face the risk that they can’t find the jobs ,loosing the positions in the company or they can’t do well in their works. Why? Every one wants to have a wonderful life and succeed on the things that they concentrate on .but things don’t happens as peoples want.Then ,which qualities can lead to success for college students? The first one ,students should have good state of mind .The life of each person is not going well ,the failure can take place at any time ,if we don’t have good state of mind ,we may be defeated by them ,be in depression and lost ourselves in the busy life . The second one ,students should love life and have the passion to the job they do .having passion to things can make you keep energy to the job,you love to do them ,you look forward to finish them .Though the job isn’t the one you want to do most ,you love it ,you love life and you can have a happy life and free mood ,you can live at ease. The third one ,student should have thirsty for kownledge and train their ability to learn .Recently ,the kownledgeupdates very quickly and technology change life ,if we can’t change ourselves in order to catch up with the kownledge age ,we will be eliminated .So we should study along all the life . The forth one ,we should have the quality that is team cooperation. A lot of work can’t be finished by one people and one person also don’t have the ability to consider everthing .Learning to cooperate with others ,work can be finished efficiently and comprehensivly. working in a team ,you can taste the happiness of cooperation. If you want to be a successful man, do you best in life ,come on.
