OBA Cosmetic
Inspection 出货外观检查 a) To check if the maximum gap between screen and plastic parts is 0.5mm. 确认屏幕和塑料部件的间隙不得大于0.5mm.. b) To check the surface of phone, there’s no scratch, dirty, impact etc. 确认手机的表面无划伤，污，碰撞等不良
c) To check the printing number on the keypad should at the center of the
keypad and size of printing number should be the same size.
检查按键上字幕的位置应该在按键的中心位置，而且字母大小应一致
d) To check the dirty dot on the LCD lens should smaller than 0.05m2 on
the condition of 30cm distance.
30cm 足够强度灯光下，检查LCD 显示区域污点大小应该小于0.05
平方毫米。
e) To check the space between front shell and rear shell is according the
spec.
检查确认手机上下壳间隙在规格内
f) To check the scratch nick is shorter than 4mm and width is narrower than0.2
mm (include front, rear shell and battery cover).
检查确认手机壳子包括电池盖上的划痕长度不能超过4毫米，宽度不能超过
0.2mm.
OBA Functional Test
出货功能测试
a) To test the numeric key, check if the LCD shows the number consists with the
key marking.
依次测试数字键,确认LCD显示数字是否与按键标示数字相同。
b) To test the programmable key, check if the LCD showing is consisting with
the key marking.
依次测试编程键,确认LCD显示是否与按键标示相同.
c)c) To test the alphabetic keys, check if the LCD shows the display complied with
the key marking.
依次测试字母键,确认LCD显示是否与按键所要求内容相符。
d) Dial 100 on the handset listen music from the reference phone, then dial 102
on reference phone, listen human voice from handset, verify that there is not
voice modulation and noise.
拨100，听参考机中的音乐，然后用参考机拨102，听话机中的人声,检查
声音没有波动，且没有杂音为OK.
e) Push all buttons on handset, each pressure should cause a "bip"
按手机上的每个按键，确认每一次按键都能听到哔的声音
