I 摘 要
随着社会机械行业的发展,我国螺旋输送机逐渐向机构简单,操作方便方向发展,机体密封结构能有效地防止粉尘污环境。主要用于火力发电厂的煤粉系统,对冶金、化工、建材、轻工等系统也广为利用,工程实际中较常用的为固定式、水平慢速螺旋输送机。主要特点是:结构简单、外形尺寸小、造价低、密封性好、可实现多点进卸料、对物料有搅拌混合作用,操作安全、方便,制造成本低。但其输送距离小,叶片和机壳易磨损,能耗较高,对物料破碎作用较强。GX型螺旋输送机是我国最早定型生产的通用性生产设备。
本文论述了螺旋输送机的现状和发展及其设计理论和方法。在过去的20年里,我国机械运输部门完成了一些标志性的研究与开发工作,应用这些成果所制造的装备基本满足了工业的需求,其中应用计算机能使模型、测量和理论相互检验。本设计为未来输送机的将向着大型化发展、扩大使用范围、物料自动分拣、降低能量消耗、减少污染等方面发展提供理论依据。大型化包括大输送能力、大单机长度和大输送倾角等几个方面。长距离、大运量连续输送物料的更完善的输送机结构。若用于生产将扩大输送机的使用范围,发展到能在高温、低温条件下有腐蚀性、放射性、易燃性物质的环境中工作,以及能输送炽热、易爆、易结团、粘性物料的输送机。也为生产提供一定的参考。

II Abstract
With the development of social machinery industry,Gradually to the
