1. 目的Purpose: 目的在于规范公司产品设计工作,进行产品质量先期策划(APQP)确保设计质量满足顾客要求。 This procedure aims at standardize products development and implement APQP to assure design quality meet customer requirements. 2. 范围Scope: 本程序适用于不同产品和过程的设计开发,包括从立项、批准,直至产品正式量产的整个全过程。并规定了在此过程中必须明确并完成以下相关工作:设计输入、设计输出、设计评审、设计验证、设计确认、设计更改、设计保密。 This procedure applies for design and development of various types of products and processes, the whole process including initiation, approval to mass production. This procedure also requires that during implementation the following steps should be performed, they are design input, design output, design review, design validate, design verification, design change and design enclosure. 3.权责Reference: 3.1项目组组长:协调各阶段产品开发的流程,一般由技术部的人员负责。(由项目计划成立至项目计划结案为止) Project team leader should coordinate each stage during product development. Technical Dept is the one in charge. (From setting up project plan to project be completed) 3.2项目组职责 Project Team Responsibility: 3.2.1确定顾客要求和需求及期望,明确客户产品的具体规格参数; Define customers’ requests, requirements and expectation, as well as specification of customer product; 3.2.2确定顾客性质,可分为内部和外部; Identify customer type, which can be identified company internal customer and external customer; 3.2.3确定小组成员每一部门代表方的角色和职责及工作; Define role of each dept in the team and its responsibility; 3.2.4确定过程所需的工艺文件和作业程序及方法; Confirm technical documents and operation program/method of process; 3.2.5审查新产品设计和/或开发全过程各阶段工作; Check new product design and develop process and its all stages; 3.2.6对所提出来的设计、性能要求和制造过程评定其可行性; Assess the design, performance requirement and manufacturing process; 3.2.7产品开发过程中相关问题的澄清及解决; Clarify and settle issues in product development; 3.2.8确定产品成本、设计和/或开发进度、交付或提交时间及其它必须考虑的限制条件; Confirm the cost, development/design schedule, delivery date and considerable limitation;

3.2.9决定所设计和/或开发及交付或提交的产品是否需要顾客或分承包方协助。 Determine whether products of design/development and delivery need assist from customer or supplier; 3.2.10特殊特性的开发和最终确定 Special characteristic develop and confirm finally; 3.2.11潜在失效模式及后果分析的开发和评审,包括采取降低潜在风险的措施; Page:2 of 12 Development and review Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Include taking action of

reducing the risks. 3.2.12控制计划的开发和评审Develop and review Control Plan。 4.定义Definition: 4.1特殊特性--显著影响产品性能、功能和顾客满意度的产品或过程特性。 Special characteristic means the product or process characteristics which has distinct affect on product performance, function and customer satisfaction. 5.作业内容与要求 Operation requirement: 5.1控制要求Control Requirement: 5.1.1新工艺/新过程开发必须按照产品质量先期策划工作的程序要求来执行;仅仅开发新产品而生产流程不变的,按照同系列产品开发流程执行。 New technology/process development should follow APQP; For new products which has same process with same series products, it should implement development program according to same series products. 5.1.2产品质量先期策划工作由销售部领导和指挥。产品质量先期策划工作可分为五个阶段。 APQP should be led by Sales Dept. APQP should have five stages. 5.2第一阶段:计划和确定项目 Stage 1: Plan and Define Project: 5.2.1输入 Input: a. 顾客需求/市场信息 Personnel responsible for emergency 销售部及时掌握了解“顾客的呼声”,“顾客的呼声”包括来自内部或外部顾客们的抱怨、建议、资料和信息,如新产品开发客户要求、市场信息等。 Sales Dept should know “the Voice of the Customer”, which including complaints, recommendations, data and information of internal and/or external customers, such as new product development requirement from customer, market information etc. b. 相关资料收集 Collection of relevant information:

销售部依据产品特性、客户意见或类似产品的抱怨或市场要求、厂内自行的提案等,指派相关 人员进行资料搜集,包括相关行业标准、法律/法规、相关的专利信息、类似产品的资料,并制 作《类似产品开发经验总结》EJ-FR-0701/02及《以往缺陷防范措施表》EJ-FR-0701/03,以 了解目前和未来市场的需求及趋势,为产品市场可行性评估和产品开发设计提供参考。

According to product characteristics, customer suggestion or similar product complaint, market needs, internal resolution, Sales Dept shall appoint relevant personnel to collect the information including industry criteria, law and rules, relevant patent and similar products, and fill in< Similar Product Development Experience Summary>and< Previous Defect Prevention

Measures Sheet>. These information to understand current and future market requirements and trend. These will be reference for product feasibility assess and new product development. c. 客户要求清单Customer requirement list。 通过了解客户需求和相关资料收集,形成客户对于产品各项参数的具体要求及客户对于产品质量、交货时间和方式等的具体要求。见《项目说明表》(EJ-FR-0701/01)。 To understanding customers’ request and collection of relevant information, specification/ quality / delivery date & method of product will be defined. See . 5.2.2输出 Output: 5.2.2.1可行性研究(可行性分析报告)Feasibility research (Feasibility analysis report): 由销售部组织编写《项目可行性分析报告》(EJ-FR-0701/04),明确新技术发展状况和相关产品的资料及样品,如竞争厂商样品及技术水准、零组件技术及其优缺点等。进行相关资料整理,以建立技术部门的基础技术,并进行产品技术可行性评估。新产品成本设计资料收集中,要收集和
