第二节 编制依据

一、 《中华人民共和国建筑法》以及其他有关法律法规。

二、 国家现行的建筑工程施工及验收规范,宁夏现行有关规定。

三、 金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村垃圾中转站及公厕工程的招标文件。

第二章 主要分项工程施工方案

第一节 测量定位放线

一、控制桩的测设

4 本工程轴线引测控制点由建设单位指定的测量桩点引测。在引测各轴线控制桩之前,必须复核建设单位现场提供的引测控制点是否闭合,闭合误差符合工程测量规范的允许误差值的要求,方可进行建筑物轴线控制桩的引测。

建筑物各轴线的控制桩必须引测到距土方开挖边坡外侧2.0m以上的位置,且不得放在施工平面布置的临时道路和排水沟位置上,(具体位置现场确定)。控制桩用Ф50小圆木打进土内30cm,轴线交点钉上铁钉并涂上红油漆标志。在引测完各轴线桩并复核闭合后,用砼保护好各个控制桩。

二、基础(坑)放线

基础开挖放线应根据土方开挖方案图的要求,由定位控制桩量出各放线控制点,然后拉通线放出土方开挖边线,同时引出基坑底边控制点。用以检查土方开挖的边坡放坡及控制土是否偏移。土方开挖捣制垫层后则用经纬仪将主要轴线投测于砼垫层上并用红油漆作出明显标志,用来控制底板钢筋及模板工程的施工。浇完砼后,再次用经纬仪把主要控制轴线投测于底板面上,用来控制其它结构的施工。

三、标高传递

在地下结构施工完毕后,选三个可以丈量的通视点用水平仪精确测定出其统一标高。并复核均无误后作为向上传递标高的引测点,二层以上的各层标高均用30m卷尺由引测点向上丈量引测,各个引测点和各层引测出的应用红油漆作出明显标志并注明引测点的实际标高。

第二节 土方工程施工方法

一、基坑开挖施工方法

5 施工工艺流程:定位放线→验线→钩机挖运土方→坑顶开挖排水沟→人工清挖基底及集水坑→验槽→浇捣砼垫层。

土方开挖前应根据土方开挖及放坡要求由控制桩引测定出土方开挖控制桩,并根据开挖控制桩放出土方开挖的边线,经质检员检查并监理工程师复核验线后方可进行土方开挖。

由于基础面积较大,基底人工修整可分区分块进行,修完一个区验槽一个区,及时浇捣砼垫层封闭基底,防止太阳曝晒和雨水浸泡基底。如有地下水或地表渗水,应开边沟和挖集水坑排水。浇捣砼封闭层前,如遇雨水造成基底有烂泥浆,应清理干净泥浆和松散土后再浇捣砼垫层。

土方开挖前,工长应向施工作业人员作技术交底和安全操作交底,土方开挖过程中,工长、质检员、测量员应随时检查基坑(槽)轴线,各部位开挖标高是否符合设计图纸和施工方案的要求。土方开挖后应做好验槽记录和质量检评记录。砼垫层浇筑应严格按砼施工有关要求进行,砼垫层应尽量刷平。
